This particular Embassy Suites was in a great area. We had our family reunion there. It was a great spot for all ages and what I did like the most was the facility really catered to the children with the water park, mickey mouse shaped waffles, activity station and various games throughout the hotel. The music in the evening was awesome and one could just step outside their room and dance if they wanted too. The breakfast was sensational, and the evening reception was awesome as well. I would definitely be going back to this facility.
Honestly, one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. Kind of embarrassing bringing my family here. There’s a strong stench of mold that lingers in the room. The overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. It’s convenient for location and complimentary breakfast, but that’s really it. I would be doing a huge disservice if I advised anyone else to stay here. Only positive was the sweet, curly haired kid who worked the night shift in valet parking. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Consistently smiling and attentive. Other than that, I would recommend looking elsewhere to book.
The ront desk very helpful. I suggest anyone talk with them and they will explain everything about the amenities very well. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. Breakfast during my stay was good. The "made to order" omelet/egg station is a great in the early morning. Breakfast Buffet is the regular but good standard of hotels as well as a Mickey waffles stationl and bread station. Evening reception snacks were offered every day of our stay.. Various chips, a salsa and dip were on the buffet room. Soft drinks and selections of beer, wine and mixed drinks served.. Bartenders mixes were better then I expected for free . Pizza doesn't cost too much and it's quite enjoyable as well as the burger..I visited the pool every day. Always clean and honestly never to crowded, plenty of sitting areas all around the hotel as well.. this place appears to truly strive for customer satisfaction. A well deserved 5 stars
I normally don’t complain but this hotel was very disappointing! We checked in to our poolside room upon entering the rugs, sofas were all stained. We then open the sofa bed to find an even more disgusting stain. We asked to get our room switched with no stains. They switched us to a room that still had many stains but not as disgusting. We then got our poolside view taken away. We then rented a cabana thinking it wouldn’t be as stained as the cushion chairs they have out side by the pool. Of course everything was dirty I had to wipe down the tables with Clorox wipes I already had thankfully. We then ran into Rob at the evening reception which was good. He offered us one of those package deals to stay else where at a Hilton we were worried from this experience but he assured us the other hotels are updated. He did mentioned this hotel will be worked on ripping carpets and updating furniture thank goodness. On the plus side I must say there omelets was amazing and the Mickey waffles. I really hope this hotel works harder on the cleanliness.
Room was not clean. I requested to be moved to a new room but was refused. Housekeeping came to the room after waiting for an extended amount of time only for them to bring two towels although a full cleaning was suppose to be completed. The housekeeper advised she was not told about the cleaning and said she would need to come back in an hour. I was told that I would receive a call when she was completed with the other guest, but no call ever came. Went to the restaurant to wait only to then wait almost two hours for food. While waiting for the food watched the bartender feed a guest dog and not wash his hands after. He ended up being bitten by the dog. Overall, the stay was horrible.
Hotel in a great location with some pros and cons . Location is great and staff and amenities were good . Free breakfast with made to order station also complimentary evening drinks and snacks. Negative side is the room condition was is not very up to mark. There is a smell in the room and carpet and sofa looks old , I hope they overhaul these things soon.overall for the price and location it’s a good deal. Rooms: Older and needs uplift Walkability: Shuttle service and nearby location for shopping and eating Noteworthy details: Made to order breakfast omelette station
Such an amazing and friendly staff. Every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast spread was great. I typically only stay at embassy suites and the thing I liked about this one is everything was spread out for breakfast which made the lines smaller and faster. The only breakfast downfall I had is there was only half and half for your coffee. Most places have a variety of creamer flavors. Not a deal breaker since they do have a coffee shop with Starbucks products. The rooms were nice. A little dates but nothing crazy. The only downfall about the rooms is the bedroom suites were small. We had a room with two queen beds. Each bed was pretty much on the wall causing very little space to walk on one side of the bed. If you were sleeping with a partner and you were on the wall or window side, you would have to crawl over your partner to get out of bed. The pool area was great. They have a decent size pool and a splash pad area for kids. My 6 year old enjoyed playing in the splash pad area and meeting new friends. Definitely a big hit. Also they have a pool table, foosball, and ping pong table outside. They were missing balls and associated equipment which is understandable with the amount of guest they receive. Would definitely stay again. Everything we wanted to do over the weekend was within 15-20 minute drive. Was a great location for our weekend activities Disney Springs, Medieval Times, Fun Spot amusement park, Largest McDonald's, and ICON Park.
Had a fantastic time at the bar thanks to Scott. He was very engaging, made us laugh and had a recommendation for any question we asked. In addition Courtney helped us with all our needs at the front desk and was very welcoming. Definitely made our vacation stay wonderful! Food & drinks: Had everything we wanted and more!
When we checked in they had lost our reservation that I'd paid for months prior. I was able to cancel that one and book another one but wasn't a great start. Free breakfast and pool was nice. Also the free beer, house liquors and wine was a great deal from 5-6:30 every night. Was charged twice for the room and assured multiple times that it would be reversed but still needed to call a few days after leaving to get it dealt with when I saw it on my credit card statement. Not pending but an actual charge that had gone through. If I hadn't noticed I just would've been out of luck for almost $600. Overall nice hotel but they need to work on communication between staff and with the booking companies. Food & drinks: Nice happy hour
