Embassy Suites

Everything you’d expect from an Embassy Suites and more. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great complimentary buffet and/or cooked to order breakfast every morning. Nice complimentary manager’s reception every evening with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and snacks included. Clean property. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Every employee I came across was friendly and acknowledged me referring to me as sir. It was nice getting a text from staff asking if our stay was going ok and offering any assistance needed. Sadly, we were in town for a funeral, but the wonderful experience at this property was comforting. Thank you management and staff. Rooms: Large, spacious, clean, several amenities, comfortable and relaxing. Safety: Safe area and felt safe all around the hotel; inside and outside. Food & drinks: Great breakfast, evening manager’s reception, restaurant and lounge/bar.

Highly recommended!!!! It is always a great pleasure to spend a night here! Actually almost all Embassy Suites and Hotels by Hilton. Ambience of the whole building is wonderful! Service is great and always with a smile, breakfast is serve hot as always, room is great booked 1 room with 2 queen bed, a view and a sofa. We always love to book and stay at any of the hotel, suites by Hilton, they never failed us. I may have only one suggestion though if there's a way to separate the toilet and the shower room, maybe with a sliding curtain so we can access both will be really nice. It's a big private restroom, but only one family member can use it at a time thank you very much !

Spent 3 nights here last week for work. Rooms were clean and nice. A little out dated but clean and comfortable so that's ok with me. They had a nightly happy hour with 2 free drinks for those over 21 and that was fun and seemed to be a big crowd pleaser, as many people were there. Bar and restaurant had friendly service and good food. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The only suggestions I would make is the gym did not have any mats for floor work of any kind but honestly that was it. Would recommend.

This hotel was our savings grace! After being turned away at a best western because of our cats even though it was a pet friendly hotel Embassy Suites took us in cats and all. We had been driving for three days and were exhausted. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfy. There was plenty of room for our cats to run around which they loved. The breakfast was delicious and so was the food at the restaurant. Not only was this hotel accepting of our pets they were also a much nicer, cleaner hotel and cost less than the best western. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Embassy Suites for taking us in and for all your hospitality.

Most of it was good. The bed was a bit too firm/hard, but I was still able to sleep. I was on the 2nd floor and the ice machine didn't work. When I got back to the room from trying to get ice, neither room key wanted to work. It took 4 tries for it to work. Otherwise, room was super nice and clean. I didn't like how there wasn't a dead bolt lock for the door, just the tiny switch lock for privacy. The breakfast was super delicious, and checkout was easy. Staff was super nice and friendly.

I have been to several luncheons and seminars at the convention center and they are always great events. The staff here is very good and the catering is awesome. Parking can sometimes be a challenge when the event is very large, but isn't that always the case with convention centers?Rooms: 5/5

Great hotel. Very clean. Very fitting for our family to have 2 separate rooms. The only negative things are they do charge an extra $10/night for parking which I was unaware of and the hotel doesn't have a hot tub. Otherwise a very great experience!Rooms: 5/5

This placed uses to be the best in town. But the service has gone way down hill and the whole place needs new carpet or switched to laminate flooring as the current carpet is old stained and gross. Breakfast is decent but there is not enough help to keep up with the demand of the patrons eating.Rooms: 3/5
