We booked this hotel with our entire baseball team for an out-of-town tournament. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so poorly by staff. We will never stay in this hotel nor recommend it to our organizations and teams ever again. The staff was atrocious. When the staff isn't working, we took notice that they hang around the hotel, park out front, blare music right outside the doors, smoke and hang out with guests during their off hours. Which, is so beyond unprofessional and makes guests feel so uncomfortable. They treated guests like prisoners while they played the prison guard role and barked orders at PAYING GUESTS all weekend. My son was yelled at, very loudly and rude, by a staff member for not wearing his shoes down to the pool. And, while we understand that he should have worn his sandals down just simply for cleanliness and health reasons, he's an excited kid who took off without them. He could have been told by this staff member nicely to grab his shoes and he would have, no problem. But the way they handled this, was uncalled for. - Our first night there, we went down to the front desk to ask for blankets for the pull-out sofa bed. The gentleman behind the desk said they didn't have any blankets at the desk and he would have to call laundry to bring them up to us. So we went back to our room and waited. We waited over 30 minutes before I called down the desk and the same gentleman at the desk says, and I quote, "our laundry guy isn't "The Flash". He'll get there when he gets there." And hung up. We waited 15 more minutes only for the laundry attendant to bring ONE SHEET, not a blanket. I wasn't going through that again so we dealt with one sheet for the night. I could go on and on with examples of how rude every single staff member was at this hotel. But this small example should cover the way we were all treated all weekend. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Spend your money elsewhere!
Our daughter choose this hotel for her wedding guests. From the time we checked in on Friday till we checked out on Sunday our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms, as well as the public spaces, were very clean and updated with attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast buffet was an unexpected surprise and delicious! We were very impressed with everything at this hotel and we would very highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in or around the area. 5 + stars!!!
We’ve stayed in a number of hotels in this area for hockey tournaments and this one is by far the nicest. The hotel is beautiful and well-appointed, and service is excellent and friendly!. We were lucky enough to be visiting during the opening of their brand new on-site restaurant Cool River, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely accommodating for our large group and the food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the tuna tartar appetizer and soy ginger smoked chicken. Others at my table raved about the filet and bread pudding. It’s worth visiting the hotel for this restaurant even if you aren’t staying overnight. Thanks for a great stay!
Great stay! Wish it were more than just 1 night. We have stayed before but years ago and not solince the renovation. Scott at the front desk was super helpful in advance to ensure our rooms were near each other etc. Pool and exercise room were nice though kids say the water was cold. Breakfast was busy but efficient. Thanks to Nancy for getting us sodas, as there's no soda fountain since their remodel. Would definitely stay here again.
Was here for a hockey tournament and this hotel by far was the most amazing Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. They were very accommodating to our very large hockey team since the beginning of our stay to the end. They have a very polite and welcoming front desk staff. Check In was easy and quick. Our rooms were the perfect size and very clean. And the complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever seen and I travel a lot for business and sports tournaments. Highly recommend this hotel for both kind of stays.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful. The offer pack n plays. Complimentary breakfast omelet station delicious. Complimentary happy hour ever day; cant beat that! And let me tell you about the brand new restaurant in the hotel.... hands down some of the best food I have ever had, service incredible also. I would absolutely recommend this hotel/restaurant. As my son said, "400 out of 10 ranking."
Nice location. Nice scenic property. Room and bathroom were dirty and very much in need of updating. Not like any of the Hilton Hotels. Charging customers for coffee. Breakfast ladies were horrible. Ladies taking up serving utensils and breakfast items before breakfast hours were over. Rude black guy at front desk checking us in. Very nice Muslim woman at front desk greeted us daily every morning.
Elena is EXCELLENT at her job! She was informative, sweet and on point. The hotel is very nice, made to order breakfast, fast elevators, quiet, and the corner King suite was nice. My only issue was being next to the highway and hearing it all night. Nice, clean comfy bed which made me sleep very well. I enjoyed my stay!Rooms: 5/5
Overall the hotel was clean, and the layout is very nice including common area decor including ambiance. However, the most important factor which will make me return to this hotel each time I'm in that area is the chef and the servers who attended to everyone on 01/28/23! They were incredible with their energy, professionalism and had the best customer service skills....I would still them for my business! Great job!
We used Embassy Suites for our wedding room blocks and everyone loved it there! The inside of the hotel was nice and new, the suites were great and spacious. Michael was great to work with for getting shuttles and setting everything up. Would highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5
