The new full service property will feature 254 luxury suites, Michigan-shaped indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, and 5000+ square feet of conference space. Construction began in February of 2017.
Embassy Suites Grand Rapids will feature 270+ luxury suites on the corner of Newberry Street and Monroe Avenue, the site of the former Western American Mailers facility. The new full-service property will feature a Michigan-shaped indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, 5000+ square feet of conference space, covered parking, free shuttle service around downtown.
Each of the new hotels luxury suites will feature many high end amenities and all the suites will have an outdoor deck, some of them allowing for breathtaking views of the Grand River. Every morning guests can enjoy a free cook-to-order hot breakfast as well as a free manager’s reception each evening.
