in the hospitality business one thing you CAN NOT overlook is excellent customer service… and this hotel has that! I’ve been working in the hospitality business for over 6 years and I want to individually THANK everyone I came across at this hotel because EVERYONE was so nice to my family. Things like that should be praised. workers should know they’ve done a good job to continue to do a good job. Here’s a few that stuck out to me… Mr. Ricky was such a pleasure to work with he was helpful from the first moment I walked in the hotel. Zack the breakfast manager was excellent… Mr Mike the shuttle driver went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my mother was able to make it across the street from the monorail train. To be honest with you I don’t know what John or Carl did for the hotel but you definitely have them BOTH in the right position… UP FRONT AND CENTER… in this day and age and in a town like Las Vegas you need people familiar with the area, the good food, the events going on for the night, best casino features, Freemont attractions and the list goes on and on and these 2 guys hit every nail on the head THAT was my highlight! How much information these guys had about everything going on in the town…. again… I just wanna say thank you and I think it should be known when people have done a great job for their company My room was clean and roomy shout out to the housekeeping man The cook to order breakfast was great! Per my wife she said everybody was attentive and nice
They mentioned room service only comes if requested. They will still come to your room UNLESS you put do not disturb sign up. So keep that sign up or they will come in. Other than that the room, bed and area was comfortable/clean upon arrival; I enjoyed my stay. Room service was great. My room was available early, so I was able to check-in before 2. Great view!
The $200 a night hotel that goes out of the way to be cheap. On the good side the rooms are big as the suite name implies, even an uncomfortable looking hide a bed of you have unexpected company. On the bad side this hotel just goes out of the way to NOT accommodate you. Lose the disposable plastic room key? $25 for another. Want a coffee in the lobby? $5 self serve instant Star Bucks machine. Want to take the shuttle to the strip on Friday night? Last shuttle at 8, on Friday in the town that never sleeps.... Pay extra for the breakfast buffet? You have to leave the food area through a locking door to the dining area. The whole experience here just felt like Motel 6 with a nicer lobby This is Vegas, you can do better and probably do it for less than the suites
A dog-friendly hotel, and the beauty of the hotel, is very nice, it's like a futuristic hotel. When we checked in, we were taken to our room, they had plenty of beds for the 4 of us. There was plenty of room to put the pen for our dog to sleep in, reminder that if you bring a dog, make sure to put the do not disturb dog sign on the door. There are elevators to get to your room faster. There are lobbies on the main floor and the 5th floor I think? They have a breakfast and dinner restaurant inside, however they close at a certain time, we have eaten breakfast there, it closes at 9am. We are not sure when dinner closes. The breakfast we had, is probably a decent meal, they also have an omelette preparation by chefs where you can prepare your own omelette however you want. This hotel is definitely worth booking, we are satisfied with the service and the safety of our rooms. We feel safe to leave our dog inside our room when we leave to do activities here in Las Vegas. There is a small area at the corner of the parking lot where your dog can do their business, outside the gate there's a large grass field if you prefer that instead of dirt. The air conditioning in the hotel is a little too good. Parking lot isn't too cramped, it's decent sized. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay here and I would revisit it again. Rooms: When you get to your room. You'll find a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with 2 queen sized beds. The living room has a pull-out couch bed, a chair, and a TV. The couch bed is what I slept in, they provided plenty of sheets for me to use and the pillow is a little comfortable. The mattress is pretty comfortable. TV works greatly, there are limited options on cable, I would very much prefer for you to bring a laptop and plug it into the TV so you can watch what you like. Nearby activities: They have an indoor swimming pool, not too far away is Circus Circus, the Sphere, and High Roller. Safety: We are satisfied with the safety of their hotel, they have a do not disturb sign for dogs. Walkability: It's very easy to walk around the place, they have elevators on 3 sides. Food & drinks: Food is decent, but they close at a certain time.
This hotel has been phenomenal! DEFINITELY staying here again if we ever come back. We came here for a convention that ran Friday and Saturday. We got checked in and our room soon as we got here around 7am Thursday quick as a flash. The food is delicious, the staff are absolutely delightful and friendly, the omelet station for breakfast is SO good, the beds are comfy and come with SOOO many pillows, the rooms are spacious, and the view from. The windows are gorgeous. Just note that if you have someone else pay for your room like we had my mother in law pay for ours and you don't have the card with you, you'll need to have the person who paid check you in via the app.
Room had a musty smell. Carpet between the living area and bedroom was soaked. Bed was comfortable. Happy hour and breakfast were good. Close to convention center and there was a shuttle there and to the strip.Rooms: 3/5
Been staying here for years for the convention center. Seems like each year this place goes down hill more and more. Here for almost three weeks, only had room turned over once! Requested but they said they were short staffed. Asked for towels and a razor, no razor, guy told me to go to the gas station and buy one! No towels " but they'll be on there way up"! After 3 request. One of the elevators is busted, so if ur on a high floor long waits. The area of the hotel is progressively getting worst then 3-4 years ago. Been a diamond member for years, my company will explore other options for how bad this place has become. Rooms: Dated is being nice. Noteworthy details: Parking fees add up, don't bring a car if your staying for a long period
One of the worst experiences we have ever had at an embassy suites. Not enough towels and trash not taken out after repeatedly asking for both. We literally had zero towels and overflowing trash for 2 days. That was annoying but the biggest problem was at the evening reception. One bartender was AMAZING. Super friendly and made great drinks. The other was extremely rude and when my husband walked up to the bar area and was talking with a family member she proceeded to yell at them across the bar and then made fun of him to the customers around her. It was the other customers who pointed it out to him that she made fun of him! It was asinine! When this was brought up to management the response was “the bartender says there must have been a misunderstanding because the bartender says that never happened and we can offer you $100 credit”. My husband was bothered because the bartender was blatantly lying about what happened so we asked them to investigate it further and we would be contacted back in a few days. After zero response we followed up and now the response changed to “the bartender says you were actually rude to her not the other way around and there’s nothing we will do to rectify anything” So basically they treated us like garbage and then chose to lie about it. If they watched any video cameras of ANY kind they would know my husband said NOTHING to her before or after she chose to make fun of him. It is insane that she has chosen to lie and they won’t even investigate the situation fully. THE WORST experience we have ever had both with regards to the stay and the management regarding the situation. Their job is literally hospitality. We don’t have a lot and we saved to stay here to see family because we have always loved embassy suites. This place is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. Update: As of 8/21 2 weeks after my original review and the owner's response requesting a call back we have left several messages and have received not a single response whatsoever. The response to our review and what seemed to be concern for what had happened, I believe was only for appearances. If there was any real concern for the behavior of their staff they would actually call back to any of the messages we have left for them.
Stayed here for a work event. Everything was perfectly adequate until my co-worker found bed bugs in her room. One front desk person was very kind and helpful however we got conflicting information another staff person who told us that we were supposed to be checked out by 2:00pm despite us having our conference until 5:30 and had our rooms until then. After an initial survey where I stated the same thing the front desk manage emailed back saying that this was not standard for their hotel and with no further information. Based off of this experience I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are plenty other affordable hotels in Vegas that still provide better cleanliness and service overall.
Clean, comfortable hotel. Great amenities that include complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Updated room with comfortable beds. Location isn't the best, you're walking distance to the monorail for transportation to the strip, which is about 1 5-2 miles away depending on where you're going. Uber prices are jacked up in Vegas, expect a $20-30 per trip to go that 1.5 miles .
