It is extremely disappointing it has come to this. I have had an absolutely horrid experience with Embody posting my personal information on Facebook in retaliation of my poor review due to their billing issues not getting under control. Embody posted this at the end of their very long response to me "We waived as a courtesy over $100.00 of fees to your account, only to get a review that clearly reflects a perspective of a 24 year old that did not understand a binding contract. In the future you really should consider your physical limitations and your financial budget before entering into agreements" I am very confused where this $100 in fees I supposedly owed them they speak of, came from? I also want to know how they expect for someone plan to have to have to go through a horrible amount of surgical procedures and health issues especially as a 22 year old. I am also confused where they got that I was 24? They ended up removing all my personal information AFTER someone else commented on my review telling them that posting information on someones personal account was simply unacceptable and this was my response to that: Thank you for removing your comment with all my personal information Embody. That is extremely disappointing that I trusted a business with personal information and they were willing to tell someone's private information on Facebook over a review which I clearly stated why I reviewed it the way I did and how it could be corrected. Whoever manages this page and the billing clearly isn't reliable. I would highly recommend avoiding Embody now since they don't keep personal information private. My original review on facebook: I love this studio and the instructors however, the management is horrible. They went from a contract saying I could put my account on hold for unlimited months it just extends my contract for only $15 a month, to $30 a month and now you may only have the contract on hold for 3 months out of a year membership. So I decided after I had surgery I unfortunately was going to have to cancel it because I still wasn't doing well after the 2nd month of not being able to be active. I have had surgery and not able to make it in so I told them I needed to cancel last month since they changed the contract. They told me since it was due to medical purposes I could have the cancellation fee waived. I gave them a doctors note as requested to cancel the membership until I can come back to the only place I have loved working out, they essentially said the note wasn't good enough since it didn't state enough information and they told me to get another doctors note them they would waive the fee, well I've been dealing with chronic illness and surgery options so Getting a different note was not the first thing on my mind, which was my fault for not getting the second more detailed note but they did not check with me to see what I wanted to do with my account. Instead of canceling it and charging me the $99 cancelation fee they charged me the 4th month of a hold which they claimed they couldn't do, which is why I was canceling THEN charged me the $99 within a few days and claim they have no control over billing dates THAT IS COMPLETE AND TOTAL BS. They asked over email if I wanted to proceed with canceling they could charge me the $99 right away- I didn't respond yet since I was trying to check with my doctor if I could at least go in and do some classes in a week since I was missing the studio so much and my heal time is almost over for this last set of procedures before the next set and they decided to charge it without me giving them the go. The fact that they can charge whatever they want whenever they want and change the terms of contract whenever they want is really upsetting to me I was really hoping I was going to be able to get even 2 weeks of the studio out before another 6 weeks of total bed rest. If they didn't just do what they pleased with the contracts I would rate this place 5 stars if you do decide to go here I highly recommend Kat, Dara and Summers classes they are amazing.

Really great studio. Great location, really clean, and friendly staff and students. Lots of variety in class types and times. Reasonably priced.
