What can I say.. Brought my friend for an emergency. Waited 4 hours. Restroom was locked, no water supply. This was my first visit to ER and was very disappointed. Giving 3 stars and not 1 only because of a receptionist very nice African American guy I was very pleased with his attention and kindness.
Waited for 3 hours in the waiting room to get attention, but nothing, never saw a doctor or nurse. Got tired of waiting and left to a different hospital. Terrible experience honestly, DONT GO THERE
Went the other night, the waiting area is small, there were people yelling and cursing. The checkin nurse made you pick up a phone to talk to her but there was no sanitizer or anything to keep us safe. There was no room to wait but they took your info and would not call you when it was your turn so you were stuck in thatsmall area with no where to sit. Treated badly compared to Kaiser.
Came into the ER. Check in took about an hour. Nurses were pretty good. Got my blood work and CT scan done. Got my results and was out the door. Maybe 3 hours total. Can’t really complain. The place is a little run down. Could use Some fresh paint. Seems like knowledgeable staff.
Don’t EVER go there! It’s so dirty and the paint is pealing off of the walls. There are wall sockets just exposed so dangerous!. The intake women were the worst….Rude, No Empathy towards everyone. It’s totally disgusting! I suggest you NEVER ever go there!!!
I'm a nurse myself. It's a small, rundown place but overall okay. The only comment I want to make is about professionalism. While they seemed to do their job well, part of that job is communication. As an anxious patient on the other end, in the ER no less, it's insensitive to hear a nurse pop in and out while the doctor is talking to me talking about "it's Friday!". Also not the best place to go for life threatening emergencies, they don't have a triaging nurse or anything.
The reception lady's were not nice they made feel like why am I there for little pain in my foot if it wasn't bad trust I would not of bothered to even go. I then just walked out. Come to find out there was a big issue with my foot. But the way they made me feel I left bad juju
This is the worst ER I have ever been to. I'm sure the doctors and nurses are competent but reception is not. They have an attitude and literally don't know what they are talking about.
Abdoush and the staff here at the hospital are respectful and very clean and decent they really take care of me the best doctor and a facility I've ever been in thank you very much the guardina hospital
THIS EMERGENCY ROOM LOOKS A MESS.. THE STAFF DON'T SEEM LIKE THIER INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU.. I JUST LEFT!!!
