Emmett D. Chisum Special Collections serves the research needs of Wyoming citizens and researchers from around the world. There are more than 50,000 published items located within Special Collections primarily related to Wyoming's history and culture.
The Emmett D. Chisum Special Collections invites you to visit us in the William Robertson Coe Library on the campus of the University of Wyoming. In addition to the Grace Raymond Hebard Collection, the most comprehensive collection of published works about Wyoming, we now have most of the Michael Canoso Miniature Book Collection cataloged and ready for review. Also available are the Historic Clothing Collection, the Cheramy Native American book collection and the Hebard Historic Map Collection.
Emmett D. Chisum Special Collections supports the mission of the University of Wyoming Libraries to provide information resources and services to meet the instructional, research, and outreach needs of UW Students, faculty and staff.
