Our mission is to Empower families to achieve and maintain wellness, by embracing family-focused, strengths-based, collaborative strategies.
Service packages are based on an individualized treatment plan developed in collaboration with your provider. Programs are comprised of sessions that meet one, two or three days a week. Type of session may consist of individual, group or family therapy, medication management and parent coaching. We strive to offer a service package that is comprehensive and affordable.

Diagnostic Evaluation/ Intake Session:
90 minute session is $300
A clinical interview is conducted by licensed clinical social worker or licensed clinical psychologist to better understand the concerns about a child or teen. Information about the child and family’s background are integrated with
questionnaires about specific behaviors of concern into a diagnosis or description of the core psychological or mental health issues. This is the cornerstone of a comprehensive treatment plan, where recommendations are tailored specifically to address the issues that are causing the concern.
Medication Services:
Management 45 mn; $250
Medication Consultation: 60 mn; $325
A clinical interview is conducted by licensed, board certified Psychiatrist to consider medications that might address the concerns about a child or teen. Information about the child and family’s background are integrated with questionnaires about specific behaviors of concern to ensure the appropriate medication and dosage. This service may be part of a comprehensive treatment plan to address the issues that are causing the concern.
Individual or Family Therapy:
50-minute session is $150; 75-minute session is $200
Sometimes issues of concern are best addressed in either individual or family therapy. Support is offered in a safe, caring and confidential setting to individuals or families to identify goals and work towards desired change.
Group Programs:
Children and Teens can participate in either the Family Empowerment General Skills Group or a Specialty Area Group (Anxiety, Mood or Behavior). Each group program consists of 6 modules, with each module targeting a different set of skills. Sessions are 60-75 minutes in length, meeting once per week.

60 minutes session is $75
This group has components for parents and children or teens that build skills such as problem-solving, cooperation, and behavior and anger management.
Specialty Program Groups: 75-minute session is $95
Mood Programs:
It is normal for people to feel sad or blue at times in their life or to experience
some ups and downs in mood. Occasionally these symptoms become more
serious, characterized by a more prolonged or a severe change in mood, energy
or activity level. Struggles with mood may begin to interfere with daily activities
such as school, activities and relationships. This group’s focus is on specific skill
building activities to address these mood symptoms.
Behavior Programs:
At times, a child's behaviors may become hard to manage or make it
difficult to participate in school, activities and relationships. Children, or
adolescents may have a hard time controlling their behavior, sitting still,
refraining from impulses, regulating their emotions or calming down. Other
behaviors may include defiance, anger outbursts, or difficulty controlling their
impulses. This group’s focus is on teaching children, adolescents and their
caregivers how to best manage these behaviors.
Anxiety Programs: While occasional worry or stress is a part of everyday life, anxiety can involve more than a passing worry or fear. Avoidance and specific behaviors may arise in a child or teen’s effort to reduce their anxiety. These behaviors can begin to interfere with daily activities such as school and relationships. This group’s focus is on ways to confront and manage symptoms, as well as finding effective coping strategies.
