I have not stayed at the Enclave at Snowmass but my review is for the Enclave at Gulf Shores! Vacasa was easy to work with and I would rent from Vacasa again! The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities you would need for a good trip. The location is within walking distance to shopping and eateries which was very convenient. The company replied to all questions quickly and we had no issues with the condo on our stay. Parking is something else, you are told there are two spots for your room but the spots are not guaranteed. The overflow parking we were told about was across the street and $75 a night. Make sure you get there early enough to nab a spot!
Suite was sweet Great view of ocean from 10th floor. The 2 key fobs for parking spaces under tennis court were very important. Believe the suites are the only one that get them. Parking was very limited and overflow cost 20.00 a night.Rooms: 5/5
Very spacious!! We loved it. It had all the utensils, bedding, and toiletries. Oh, and the view was amazing!! Walkability: It's close to everything in walking distance. There is a Neighborhood Walmart across the street. A lot of other souvenir stores also.
The condo was a prefect place for our family, we had a wonderful time an hope to return soon!!! Rooms: Rooms were large enough for our family of 8, bathroom was very spacious. Safety: We felt The balcony was safe for our 2 year old, didn't worry about her. Walkability: Very handy to walmart, food places an groceries
This condo was very clean and in a great location. There was a few things that needed repairs- the deck looked like they were fixing it, and had new railings but they used wood to board up where the glass is supposed to go, the door to the balcony in the bedroom had plastic bags in the bottom so you could not open it, some of the furniture on the balcony was broken, there were broken tiles in all the bathrooms, the ice maker is broken. The outside pool was being built so the ramp to get to the beach was closed there is one right next door so it wasn’t horrible but besides that it was a nice place and we enjoyed our time there.
Wonderful family vacation! Definitely would stay here again. Rooms: Spacious rooms- kitchen very nice- dining room- big living room- two nice bathrooms- Nearby activities: Great places to eat, drink, ice cream, coffee, and shopping Safety: Excellent security and locks. Walkability: Cross the street put in the code to the gate and you’re at the beach- white sand - feels like powered sugar and cool to your feet. Incredible!
This condo was well equipped, clean, comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
This place is great except that they advertise there is an elevator to the units under ADA access....yes, there is an elevator but for units not on the first floor..like the second floor....there are a minimum of 3 sets of 10 steps to climb to reach the units. This was a very big issue for my party..as we expected no stairs...30 stairs up and 30 stairs down is an issue for people with knee issues indeed. This should be clearly communicated in the listings for the condos! It could be a deal breaker for some people for sure.
Room we had would have been good except for the smell of dog pee. It was awful and the MGMT could care less. The smell was from the owners dog. Staff admitted it, but nothing was done about it. Look elsewhere.Rooms: 2/5
Great condo, all on one level, ima g one that at a ski resort! But the third floor rooms are not for the faint of heart, literally. It 104 stair steps! Yes you have to schlep your luggage.
