My husband had and accident that required ER visit and and x-ray. The Doctor was thorough and had a very nice bed-side manner - I watched as my husband was in a lot of pain, and the RN, Doctor, X-ray technician, and the entire ER staff cared for him greatly. I hate to see my husband in pain, but, if something bad had to happen, I am thankful for this hospital and the people there. Keep up the good work!
My first time here as a new patient. I arrived early to complete the paperwork, my appointment was 8:20, waited till 9AM to be called in by the nurse. Then waited till around 9:45 to meet Dr. Dana, who was there for only 2 minutes. He ordered tests and EKG. Things were done around 10:30 and the doctor never came back to discuss with me about the result, but through the nurse. I waited another 45 minutes to be checked out because the doctor didn't know how to complete the chart correctly. They had to check me out without the chart because the doctor went to the ER. Never would I come back here. Spent 3.5 hours just to meet the doctor for 2 minutes doesn't seem worthy of my time. The receptionists and nurses are nice, but their overloaded schedules are wasting people time and money. If you don't have time, find a different care. Most patients, I saw there are elderly and they don't mind the waiting.
Small country hospital, the best folks helping neighbors. Who loves being in a hospital, but in all my visits elsewhere this one is the cream. They saved my life. If I have my choice, I'm not going anywhere else!
This place needs to be closed. They do not give proper care. Didn't give care or life flight my daughter when they realized how critical she was. Without spelling out the whole experience. Their actions of not doing anything for my caused her death. Taken from her 2 young daughters'. Family, friends, co-workers that absolutely adored her. The list goes on. When everything is said and done they will forever remember her name. The nurses were great. But, as paralyzed. As I was. They Couldn't do anything without Dr saying to do it. The care hasn't changed in 50 yrs. In my experience.
My wife and I have been going to EMHS for more than 20 years. For a small town hospital they do a great job. Sometimes wait times get a little long, but given the shortage of personnel in the Health Care professions this can be expected. With rural hospitals closing around the country, I am glad EMHS is offering quality care close by!
I had a good experience at this facility. I got an MRI here, and almost everyone was so nice! They cared about me and talked with me like a real person. Everything was done in a timely manner.
Had an injury, the ER doctor, nurse, and whole staff was really on top of things. Top Excellent Care. If you are in need, go there and you will get first class help
I visited Dr Flannery the Podiatrist. Dr Flannery explained in a detail what was wrong with my feet. Dr Flannery took the time to measure my feet and tell me the appropriate shoe size.
Waited 1hour 25 min in ER. Saw the Dr. for approximately 2 minutes. Waited 15min for my discharge paperwork.
My doctors are always professional, respectful, and very attentive. The girls at the check in desk take you right away and are so pleasant and nice. There is never a long wait time. The hospital is exceptionally clean and modern. The nurses are always very nice, polite, and helpful. The girls at the check out desk are pleasant and nice as well. I am so incredibly happy with all of the staff at Endless Mountains Health Systems.
