Energy Connection

Great for an entry level customer service position but prepared for lots of yelling from customers if you're places in WM.

This place is called the connection because its not what you know, its who you know here. I wonder how some of the people in management even got their position. Rude, unprofessional, stressful, and make you feel worthless. You're over worked while only making a little more then minimum wage. No wonder this place has such a high turn over rate. Don't even get me started on the racism here. The project manager Nina is the worst. She plays favorites with all the black agents. That so called christian might wanna take down the jesus quotes in her office because shes anything but a christian. This place is beyond ghetto and gave me nothing but stress and head aches.

I had an interview at the connection recently...and the interviewer was very unprofessional...excusing the interview with me while he texted his wife about their plumbing issue. Gee...I'm sorry... we're in an interview your personal life can wait! They sent me an email deciding on a candidate with the experience closer to their needs. I guess 6 years call center isn't enough! If you have 6 years call center experience or less...don't bother...a waste of time! Unless they have a problem with age...then that's a problem!!

I worked here left as a mutual choice to handle personal issues. They told me that I was doing so good that if I handled my issues I could come back and they did not live up to their word. Shame. I was an excellent employee and would be again. Their loss not mine. Still of all the call centers ice worked at this was by far the best one

They have so many companies ! I love working here you’d will find something u like ! The people are so nice I feel like I’m at home !

Everything is what you make it, I enjoyed most experiences and opportunities. Except the lack of knowledge or experience for certain situations.

Ghetto people of Rockford work here. Very terrible staff.

Communication is very bad and supervisors lack integrity.
