The ENT Dr . Lopez was very professional , careful and caring. Very clear with his explanations, I highly recommend him . Also the clinic was well equipped and very clean .
I absolutely loved my experience. I was experiencing the worst seasonal allergy symptoms ever and I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Dr. Yelena Kopyltsova was an absolute angel. She is kind, patient, thorough, super responsive, and explains everything so well. Her nursing staff was top notch. I am happy to establish care here!
The staff here are great and really work hard for the patients. I’ve been getting allergy shots once a month. I’ve seen a couple patients act ridiculous and childish but the staff still did their best to be respectful and provide good service. I’m just leaving this review because nurses and medical staff deserve all the credit and respect!
With the exception of the wait time I am always grateful for the doctors and staff. I feel heard and I feel like my care and health matters every time I have an appointment. This type of experience is so reaffirming and encouraging especially for someone dealing with chronic symptoms which really wears on your energy and gets you despondent about ever achieving good health.
There are a lot of appointments available online, but when you get to the office you are waiting for almost an hour to be seen… No point of an having an appointment. The drs are nice though.
I have always received the best care at ENT & Allergy. Dr. Kopyltsova has always gone out of her way to provide me with the best treatment for my asthma and allergies, and I'm happy to say I've seen noticeable improvement.
Dr. Lopez was caring, very present, and gave his full attention to my concerns. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the examination. I have recommended him to my entire family.
Dr Lopez was very knowledgeable and walked me through my next steps, he referred me to a plastic surgeon in mount Sinai and said he would take care of getting me an appointment with the doctor, very satisfied with him and the staff
The waiting room staffed call me over, and loudly asked how am I paying for this. I had no money, so I told. It felt embarrassing l. The person that did my hearing test was thorough. The Dr cleaned my ears. I didn't leave satisfied that my situation was resolved. I came in for vertigo and I still have it no further follow up. I get a bit anxious wondering. This is what happens when they allot 10 minutes to see a patient. You feel like your on a conveyor belt.
The care and time that Dr. Lopez spent with my daughter exceeded expectations. He spoke directly to her and helped her to understand every aspect of her exam which led to a positive and successful experience for all of us!
