Dr Howell and his dental staff are the very best. They take time to explain everything and make sure everything is done correctly. They are very thorough, and very personable. The office staff is very helpful and I do not know of anything they need to do to improve. This is already the best dental clinic I have even seen. I have only good things to say about them. They are truly the best.
This was my first visit to Enterprise Dental. All of my life I have been terrified of dentists, but Dr. Howell and Georgia were the nicest people. Very professional but also personable. They made me feel very comfortable and calm throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Howell and his staff. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front made me feel welcomed and I never felt like I was in a dental office. Great experience.
We had an overall great experience with this dental clinic. Ms. Pam, the dental hygienist, was awesome with my son. She is very good with kids, knows how to calm squirmy young kiddos. I absolutely recommend her and this clinic 100 times. Also, we love Dr. Howell as our dentist.Thank you for your service.
I was impressed on my last visit, the Dentist assistant was very careful and knows her job well. They make sure I was in comfortable position before doing something. I will surely request her on my next visit and obviously Dr Howell is the same nice person and was our reason to stay with them but now I like his new assistant.
Best Dental office in Enterprise. Staff: Professional, knowledgeable, experts in their fields. Office: Extremely clean, state of the art equipment, comfortable, great location, excellent service, and they go above and beyond. This office has been servicing my family of all ages for years. We are stationed in AL off and on; and, as a military family of 30 years, when at Fort Rucker, this is the “only office” I would send my family too. We are never unhappy with our service or the end result! Highly recommended!!
I have been going to this Dental Clinic since many years ago, all my family members have been always very satisfied with the services they have given us. Lynnwho answers the phone is always very nice. Also Lindsey dental hygienist is very good.
Well, I had my teeth cleaned by the sweetest dental hygienist. She was not upset I was a little late. She was pleasant to talk to. She listened when I expressed concerns to her and she let me know everything she was getting ready to do. She's a keeper and the one I will continue to come back to see. Thank you
I’ve been going to Enterprise Dental for years and the service has always been exceptional! Dr. Howell has been taking care of my family and I for years and he’s an awesome dentist! We love him! My hygienist Lindsey is the bees knees!
Wasn't the best first time experience. Front desk greeted, made the initial, first-time patient process easy. Wait was short, about 5 minutes after paperwork. Had one cavity, got it filled. Hygienist was kind and informative. But, Dr. Howell wasn't the greatest. I got no walk-through "this is so-and-so, it's for this", "I have to do this [action] to help you and your teeth", etc. The process of getting the filling felt rushed and deeply uncomfortable. My filling is fairly flat with slight contour with a few teeth rounded out to accommodate that filling. Even after going back for correction and now fully "healed", I am left with newly sensitive teeth located around that filled-in tooth and mostly eating on the opposite, good side as my bite was negatively impacted after my 2 visits.
A few minutes late getting started but Diana does a really nice job. Enterprise Dental is the best experience I’ve had at any dentist from Dothan to Enterprise. I’ve used three others and for various reasons they just didn’t perform their services up to the measure that Enterprise dental does.
