I have yet to have a bad experience here. When I call to make an appointment for my mother, I am always treated kindly and tended to promptly. Chelsea was so kind and tender to my mother during her extraction and so was Dr. Spades. He is so kind and sweet and I've never felt mistreated by them nor that they were mistreating or condescending to my mother. I just love Dr. Spades and my mother does, too. She thinks he hung the moon. I am disappointed that I already have my own dentist, if I ever have to switch I would come here in a heartbeat and I would hope that Chelsea would be my hygienist.

Dr. Joe Spades is the best! He takes time to explain everything and he truly cares about giving you the best care possible. Chelsea is amazing, too! From the minute I was seated she made me feel so comfortable! She pays close attention to detail and made sure I was treated well the entire time! I can’t recommend them enough!

I'm so pleased with my experience at Northeast Arkansas Dentistry! After calling quite a few dentist, I was thankful to get an appointment scheduled fairly quickly to have some teeth checked out and cleaned. The dental high genist Meghan was so kind and I felt at ease as she thoroughly cleaned and checked over my teeth. The atmosphere of the dentist appointment rooms where comfortable and pleasant as I waited for the doctor. I definitely will be recommending this dentist to others. Thank you for such a pleasant experience yall!

Came here an set up appointment. Came in at 830 got X-rays done an was told to come back next Wednesday. At the front desk talking about what needed to be done an how much everything was going to cost before I left I had even mentioned I’ll see them Wednesday at 9 am an then left. At 4 pm I get a message saying I was supposed to be there at 2 an that I basically can never go back for the rest of my life. On the phone with the staff afterwards was like well back in 2017 you missed appointments an we will not be making future appointments. Treated horrible over the appointment date not being clear at all. before I left I even said so I’ll be back Wednesday at ???? an double checked my card after being side eyed an basically ignored by the blonde at the front counter. As if it was on purpose. An for future reference DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE TRASH when it’s not there fault bc they didn’t even know they had an appointment that afternoon or I would’ve been there I had just been there to make the earliest appointment I could. Just to not make it? Makes zero sense. Was treated like less of a human by these people from them not being clear about my next appointment. An I got the blame. Do not recommend going here you’ll just be made fun of after you leave. Grow up.

I had some teeth extracted and was an absolute nervous wreck! Dr. Spade and his staff were absolutely delightful and made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything they did. They were great and going over and explaining what was going to happen. It was one of the absolute BEST DENTAL experiences I have ever had! Thank you so much for that!

All you need to know about Dr. Spades and his staff is that they know their stuff and they care. Earlier this week, I had a difficult surgical extraction of #17 as far back in my mouth as you can get. Dr. Spades and April showed their extrodinary skills and patience in dealing with a stubborn molar. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your dental needs. Thank y’all so much!

Absolutely amazing place. It was my 1st time visiting I was needing a root canal done, and Jordanis jus awesome. She made me feel right at home, Dr. Spades made sure I was comfortable, made sure I wasn In any pain, told me to ask questions. This place is neat,clean,& waited no time. I most definitely will be returning to get my crown over my root canal. These people are just fantastic.

Dr. Spades is awesome. I have yet to experience a long wait or any pain. Chelsea even made sure my glasses were clean before I left. Great service.

Fantastic doctor and staff! They take excellent care of our whole families dental care needs. My children are very comfortable here. I highly recommend them!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I was worried, but they were wonderful there. Best thing it was pain free and pretty quick.
