Unprofessional, unethical, and incompetent. Triple charged my credit card for a 2 day rental. Then accused me of stealing the rental car more than 48 hours after it had been returned, on time, in person, and during regular business hours. They are also refusing to provide me with an itemized receipt. I will never deal with Enterprise again. I do not expect perfection from anyone and I believe this is an exceptional situation but that does not excuse the actions of the local representatives of this company.
Enterprise is the BEST car rental company out there. They always have the cleanest and nicest cars AND have always had the BEST customer service available. We rented a car from Enterprise in Gulfport MS and Emily was very courteous, friendly and professional. We have had bad experiences from other agencies but have always had great experiences from Enterprise. We will never rent a car from anywhere but Enterprise!!!
Both the check in and return process went so smoothly. Both ladies were so sweet and helpful. The lady that was working when I returned my vehicle went out of her way to get my daughter's iPad out of the car after we turned it in, she saved us for us sure!
Customers Waited at the counter for several minutes for a representative to appear. Then, Everyone had to wait almost an hour to get a rental car with a previous reservation. Same day reservations were not permitted. Having made a reservation, Enterprise knew that I was coming. Many customers went to competing companies who had cars to rent or cancelled and used Uber. Called customer service who stated i must wait for cars to be cleaned. Agent said no cars. Obviously not a good day for enterprise. The rental car i did finally get was brand new and ran perfectly. Therefore the 2 stars and not 1.
I requested a Toyota Corolla or similar and upon arrival car was not available. I was given a Charger. It was a nice car but definitely not the gas mileage expected for a road trip that was 2000 miles round trip. My sister and I made the best of the situation.
My Chevy Trailblazer hybrid was very clean and fuel efficient. Unlike another car rental company, all the windows were spotless!
Enterprise, was very professional, as I entered, I was welcome and received as I stepped to the desk. I had rental with them from mid June up until today. The young gentleman [Sanchez]that gave me a ride to caliber collusion to pick up my car. He was very professional and helpful with answering questions. I will refer you guys to others that is looking to rent. 5 Starr from me for sure.
Enterprise is the only rental car company I have used for many years! I have never had an issues and the vehicles are always in great condition! Thank you.
I was in a car accident, and needed to rent a car.I made a reservation online and went to pick it up. The office I went to said they could not honor the reservation price but could give me a car for just a bit more. They said the reservation was at another site but they had a car.I told my ride she could leave. I was then told the price. It was almost double my reservation price and what is covered by my insurance. I ended up leaving that office and taking an Uber to the other office to rent the car at the original price.
The representative was gracious enough to upgrade me due to lack of vehicles in the size car I reserved. She was pleasant and efficient.
