Residence Inn by Marriott Gulfport-Biloxi Airport

Review is the culmination of several stays where the staff continued to impress with its service. All staff members that we’ve encountered have been kind and courteous. Front desk staff helped out on an occasion where we needed to change rooms and were more than accommodative. Also, the time we changed rooms, the housekeeping staff made sure to return a check that I had left behind that I had been waiting on for a few weeks. As a frequent traveler and loyal Marriott member I can say with confidence that this team cares about their guests.

VERY NICE! On our trip we stayed at multiple Residence Inns and this one takes the CAKE. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Plenty of extra towels and blankets available. Breakfast was good. We will definitely make a point to stop here on our way through again.Rooms: 5/5

Very nice hotel. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is 3 minutes from the airport basically across the street but didn't seem under the flight path so I didn't notice it while sleeping. I think there is a shuttle available as well. Would be great for a family or a pair or two couples looking to split space/cost. You get two complete bedrooms one king, one queen, each with own full bath separated by common room and a full size kitchen. Nearby activities: Not very far from the water/Gulf stretch which has plenty of food, bars, and other activities. Safety: I was not concerned as there is nothing on that stretch except the two hotels and the airport. It is well kept and set back a bit from the nearest main road/highway. Walkability: You could walk to the airport from here but it's a through-road without sidewalks so it would not be recommended. That is about it. Food & drinks: Hot breakfast scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes plus all the usual continental spread.

I DONOT recommend this hotel. They charge my credit card without me even checking in. I wouldn’t trust this hotel for nothing. I’m military and they take advantage of government workers. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Our go to hotel here in Gulfport. Polite and courteous employees. Clean rooms and quiet even though it is across from the airport. Breakfast was great and enough.

The hotel rooms itself and staff are great but the one thing that travelers depend on is breakfast. The breakfast is horrendous here. The coffee is day old and not fresh plus they have fake eggs which is cancer causing. There's no evening snacks here so one would think that the breakfast would be good since they're saving money. I've been traveling for 20 years and this is not the worst breakfast I've experienced but it's very close. Fresh pot of coffee is not hard to make and coffee drinkers can taste the difference between fresh and day old. The location is just ok cause you are near Walmart and a plaza which is just down the street but it is a decent walk if not driving. Overall, I would stay here again but I would bring my own breakfast food and cook it myself in the room but with the money they're making and since they cut back on evening snacks, the breakfast should be much better. Fake eggs are cancer causing why are you feeding thus to us?

My flight was delayed and missed my connection so was unable to get to Gulfport for my stay. Was told I would be charged anyway because I did not give 48 hours notice. Not sure how I was supposed to know 48 hours prior to my stay that the flights would be delayed. Needless to say I will never set foot in this Marriott.

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. We stayed 8 days and literally became friends with some of the staff. Everything was clean and neat. There was breakfast every morning. They were extremely good to our kids. Definitely will come back and stay every time we're down. Convenience was nice to. We weren't far from alot. Ms.Frances and Mr.Damien went out of their way for us, giving us good places to go for the kids, good food to eat, went out of their way if we needed anything inside the hotel.
