I was very disappointed with my transaction. I explained several days in advance that I would be traveling out of town and wanted something of size and nice. I checked in the day before and was assured I was being taken care of.......what's most disappointing is that I worked with the manager the morning of. the car I ended up with because of size gave the worst ride imaginable, it had nearly 70k miles, the side panel was hanging off the driver's seat. All five of us left our nice cars home to be worry free to end up in a car less than desirable. I call the store to express my thoughts, call was not returned. I've done lots of business here and certainly hope this isn't the new norm. All reps were very nice!
I had an excellent car rental experience. At this location, Jarvis went above and beyond. He was professional, informative, and helpful. I needed a rental since my car was being fixed. I really appreciated how pleasant and stress-free Jarvis made my rental experience.
Dylan was very professional and friendly. It was my first time renting a car and he explained everything clearly. Doug also called after i dropped off the vehicle to make sure i was satisfied with service. I'd rent from here in the future.
Oh my! Enterprise is soooo AWESOME! The staff is amazingly friendly and really seemed very concerned about my needs. Thank you so very much Mr. John Kapovich. He was amazing. And the young man who took me to my destination was the "coolest". Thank you Enterprise!. Keep up the good work!
Upon arrival for my 1pm appointment I was notified that the only available vehicle was a Prius. I explained out their entire fleet the Prius was my most uncomfortable vehicle.I was then told a Kia Soul was available but needed new breaks, I explained im on a time crunch and could not wait for the repair. I was then told my only option would be to pay an upgrade fee to the Mazda or take the Prius. I unhappy with the resolution provided by the agent, since he himself said he did not like driving the Prius either. I understand goals but I also believe in doing what's right for the customer. As a frequent traveler I was underwhelmed by my experience obtaining the vehicle. Upon returning I stood in line for 10 mins with not one representative greeting me, I became frustrated and left the keys behind the counter and entered my waiting Uber. I understand that the 4th presents busier than normal situations, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. While this location is very convenient for my needs I'll look to other locations that have better customer service.
Very disappointing to work with. They have made the same mistakes twice on my husband's transactions and it just shows that some of these associates DO not care about following training procedures. I understand that people mistakes BUT twice is just ridiculous. Apparently, at this location when you make mistakes, you have no choice but face consequences which to me DOES not make sense at all. How is it our fault that your associates are in competent? Because of this, we had to drop another deposit + rental fees for a one day extension that was supposed to happen but instead your associates closed our transactions. We also have been waiting for our refund of $463. Multiple associates has been telling me it will be refunded within 3 business days but it has not been. It has been A WEEK NOW and all they've done is give us different stories. WHY ARE WE CHASING AFTER OUR REFUND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN OUR ACCOUNT LAST WEEK??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I have already escalated this to the district manager but it seems like nothing has been done. I even included my bank because Enterprise claimed it's been "successfully transacted," and that it's the bank's fault LOL. Moral of the story - they don't know how to take accountabilties for the mistakes they made. So anyone reading this, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. You will only get headaches.
After reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous going in but Dylan was wonderful! He walked me through everything and I was on my way within minutes. It was a breeze and service was the best I’ve had at a car rental location.
Staff members are extremely excellent. Always friendly and perform beyond expectations. Dylan is has the expertise of running the show. A wonderful gentleman
Amazing rental experience !!! I rent for this location all the time and even under extreme circumstances the employees there seem to go above and beyond to help their customers !! I have had the privilege of working with John , Dillion , Doug and Jarvis to just name a few and they have made the whole experience and seemless and enjoyable process !! From beginning to end, was flawless in fitting a van for my last minute emergency. Very clean van, comfortable. We definitely be doing business here again! Thanks Matt and staff.
