What's turned out be a very difficult two weeks dealing with an accident of our new vehicle, I have to take the time to say how refreshing it was to actually be taken very well care of by the young assistant branch manger Mr. Dalton Wilson - Who was very friendly, professional and understood the urgency of a quick visit while getting our family taken care of. Where service more recently is very subpar I felt compelled to praise Dalton for making our quick exchange, a positive one. Well done sir - thank you
Kia K5 was great. Shuttle service was great. Staff were great. Strong chemical smell in office and in car. I had to go rewash car ,vacuum and spray a deodorizer to get rid of the smell.
I feel sorry if you get hit by anyone in there car no matter if it your fault or not. This company makes it the most painful process ever. So I got in a wreck August 18 2021. I have submitted all paperwork and police report. The other persons insurance has taken liability. I still have not gotten my 500.00 deductible back they made me pay. This has been going on since August of 2021 give me break. The people who work in customer service just bounce you around and never give you a straight answer. Then I ask for a direct number for the other insurance company to call and get this sorted and they cant give one. They say just call in and talk to the phone service and it will direct you. Direct you to I just want my deductible back for something that was not my fault.
Had a rental for 2 months due to a car accident. They were quick to get me into a car that was equivalent to what I had. Easy transaction obtaining the rental and easy drop off. Would definitely use Enterprise again.
Horrible experience. Booked a car over the phone and got to the location to pick it up and was told they had no cars. The front desk person said they will always make reservations whether they have cars or not so they can make a commission for the reservation. Will never book again.
Dalton is a no. Does anything to make a commission. Dale is great! Ask for him!
In January, I reserved and prepaid for a vehicle from Avis. 5 days before my trip they informed me that they had no vehicle for me and they were “sorry for the inconvenience.” I called Enterprise and they immediately set me up with a vehicle. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank you, Enterprise, for being honest and reliable!
These guys were great. All of them were friendly and helpful. Completely satisfied with the rental.
Checkout was fast and efficient, but I had a roadside problem with the vehicle flat tire and received excellent assistance from Enterprise.
