I am so pleased with my experience with Enterprise. The agent, Kent, was phenomenal: personable, professional,  and knowledgeable. The agency in Benton has been most flexible and adaptive as I shifted my timing and my plans. The vehicle I chose — a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica — was both pristine in its appearance, and remarkable in its comfort and performance. The agency, and its rep Kent, struck me as honest, forthcoming, and fair in their dealings.

Super thankful they were able to get a rental car! I def want to thank Austin at the Benton location. He is new I believe he may of just finished training! I just wanted to give him a huge shoutout for being so sweet, understanding, & kept it professional.  He tried his hardest to do everything to make me Happy even tho they were busy.  I appreciate you, your customer service skills will help you go so far with this job!! Thank you again Austin !

Super great customer service! After an unexpected accident right before leaving to go out of town Nicole got us in a rental with no issues. Pick up and drop off was seamless with my kiddos! Can’t say enough about how amazing Nicole’s attitude is! She was so busy and was running it all like a champ!

I was very disappointed with the service with this Company. I used them after a small wreck in my truck. My insurance company set the rental up. I was told by my insurance company it would cost nothing for 30 days because the rental was covered by my insurance. After having the vehicle for 20 days; I ended up paying 453.00 dollars. I explained this to the company who knowingly knew I did not need their insurance but still explained that I needed it. Please be careful using them with your insurance company because they are very “slick” in getting extra out of people who are renting cars during their time of need.

The sales lady was so awesome. She had long braids. Excellent and the gentlemen who checked me in was also so fast and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you all for great customer service.

The lady named Nicole who works here is always extremely rude and unhelpful. She does not even try to be helpful. Multiple interactions with her and she’s been rude and has a bad attitude every time. I have since changed my reservation to Hertz rentals instead. Hertz had nicer employees and got me a rental car the same day I requested one after an unforeseen event.

A very courteous & accommodating staff! I'm horrible with names, but the young lady who helped me, was just awesome! The gentleman who picked me up was just a blessing to chat with! Wonderful man! I was in & out in like 15 mins.  Extremely pleased with my experience!!

I had the best experience I have ever had regarding a rental! Kent was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond. I will recommend this Enterprise location to everyone I know for the foreseeable future all because of how awesome Kent is! He made me feel right at home! I dont personally know his boss but if he reads this then just know, Kent is awesome and he deserves a raise!!

I was in a bind when my car died out of nowhere and I needed a rental very short notice for an extended period of time. I thought immediately of Kent at Enterprise in Benton who I had previously had very positive experiences with! I asked to speak with him immediately, and within 30 minutes he had me set up with an affordable vehicle to use until my car was repaired! A charming young professional who I have never met without a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m forever thankful for his service! I will be back to see him any time I need to utilize a car rental. If you stop by in Benton, be sure to ask for Kent!

This was a horrible experience. Every employee will tell you something different when it comes to adding insurance to your rental. They take money out of your account without even notifying you and when my sister called on Saturday nobody answered the phone and they are only open for 3 hours. I would not come back here or recommend this location to anyone.
