The Sullivan Square Somerville, MA location of Enterprise is excellent. The car was clean and ready on time, and the employees was extremely professional. Pick up and drop off were smooth and easy with plenty of parking in the lot for drop off. The service at this location is leagues above the others in the area and I will definitely use this Enterprise for all rentals from now on.

The guy who treated me very kind and professional, the lady who works there is not friendly and almost ran over me in the parking lot.  For these people like that I do not recommend this place.

The man who helped me get my rental was not only really nice. He was  handsome too. He was professional and personable. When I returned the Car, the Guy was really nice also. Over all I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental and will use them again when I go back to Boston.

I rent here all the time, the staff are really nice and always make sure I have the right car I need for the weekend and have been known to offer free upgrades if they have a surplus of one type of vehicle that isn't currently reserved. The manager Kim is also super nice. We have rented in Boston from other companies and Enterprise is far superior. They don't charge any fee if you want to extend your car for the next day, they pick you up at the T station at Assembly, they don't make you show proof of filling up the gas if you drive it around the city for a few days Avis charges for this. We will continue to be a customer there.

This is my go-to when I need a car for more than a few hours. The staff is always super polite, and go out of their way to make sure you get where you're going. Recently they had no cars when I arrived at my reserve time, and they offered a different but far too large vehicle I didn't like. So then they offered to pick me up back at home or wherever I was when the cars delayed by traffic arrived. I wasn't in a rush, got the car I wanted after going for coffee, and they gave me free gas to apologize. I was already getting a free day due to membership points, so everything worked out great. I find them really accommodating and fair, and the cars are the best.

Large size Ford Fusion was nice but carried a musky odor. Would’ve liked an opportunity to select a car of choice but the vehicle was what I was met with at auto repairs. Was told I could exchange but did not feel up to the extra effort. Bill was a little under $1000.00 for 30 days and that was with refusal of rental insurance and with using my own MassPass sensor. Other than that, receipt of and return of car was easy. They picked me up and dropped me at the auto repairs, which was very convenient.

Any time I rent here, it’s exceptional service all around! They’re friendly, attentive, and professional. One of the managers, Vladimir, always makes sure everything checks out alright and everything is good—from calling the day before to confirm a reservation, to calling after I drop off to make sure everything was smooth. Cars are always clean and ready to go. Definitely my go-to Enterprise location!

Renting with enterprise was great! Easy pickup process. Friendly staff. Car was clean and ready to go. All paperless! I extended my rental not once but twice over the phone and it was a non issue. I’ll strictly rent from them Freon here on out.

As usual, my recent rental experience with Enterprise was as good as it gets. Enterprise has the nicest employees of any car rental agency I've ever seen in my 30 years of renting cars. The people on the reservation line are very kind and helpful as well as the guys at the station. Always my first choice.

Finally a business that treats you like a human being. The associate was very polite and helpful. this has probably been the best that i have been  treated by a business in a long time. Top class service my hats off to you guys keep up the good work.
