Probably worst rental experience I've ever had. So unprofessional! Constantly blamed others for their negligence. Scheduled a pickup, only after I called them after waiting for hours did they realize an "error in the system" didn't notify them, plus I was outside the pickup range and no one called to confirm or cancel. Notified me 4 days after my bill had exceeded my insurance allotment, calling minutes before they closed to tell me, so I was charged another day. Not only did the message they left say I owed $400 more than I did, it was due to their negligence that they didn't realize my insurance had already extended it. When confronted, they blamed my insurance company. Wasn't the insurance company. I took it to another enterprise location closer to me when the check engine light tripped to get it checked out. They said it was fine since it shut off as long as I felt safe. Had a much better experience with them and talked to the manager several times. The Taylor location didn't even know I had taken it there, and I was told "that isn't right" as if I had done something wrong! Clearly not a one-time issue, but a systematic problem with the staff. Overall unprofessional, unaware, and NOT a location you want to work with. Go to another enterprise. Edit: After I posted this review, I reached out to via email to Enterprise to provide further detail and names of individuals, and was told the Branch Manager would contact me to discuss my concerns. I was never even contacted! Even management is unconcerned with how you are treated as a customer. Do NOT rent from here. Go to another location.
This time, I had an excellent experience at the Taylor, TX, location --when I was able to reserve a car 10 days in advance. But previously, on 2 different occasions, there had been no cars available on short notice.
This place requires a reservation to come in…really? Guy said “like dinner reservation”. Well I came to rent a vehicle, not eat dinner. When I arrived for my reservation, my car was not ready!!! Surprise. Don’t ask for rest, if it is not really a resy for you to have your car ready to go. Terrible experience.
I needed to repeatedly extend my use of the rental due to slow service from the repair dealership to my POV. Then I had a stone crack my front wind shield so I needed to return the vehicle and luckily I was able to get my POV back and return my rental the next day. All staff at Enterprise could not have been more friendly, professional and understanding about my needs. Thanks to all.
Showed up at 11pm for my appt but no one was here. Went outside after half an hour and had a overworked employee tell me that she was the only employee and that I needed to wait until she was done washing the cars.had to go back and get a new car because they sent me off with one in expired tags. They tried to not exchange it, saying that they hadn’t received the tags in the mail. Wild, trying to get me pulled over.
This time has not been very pleasant or easy renting the headache from when n where to get a car,not ready,and hersment how long and so on drama,when I called n talked to them made this already. And they keep my card information and charged me 2 now with out permission...
Terrible Custumer service, In Bastrop Texas. They don’t care to make you wait hours and never call you back when you already have a reservation for your car and don’t tell you ahead what deposit your need. This was an insurance claim and told me I just needed my claim number to get the car. When I was there they told me I need a deposit on a credit card in my name.I have to find a ride for my daughter to go to the bank as deposit the money on my credit card. That lady in customer service could only wait 5 min , she told me that I have to leave or she will call the police!! That wasn’t necessary yo said. I told her that my daughter was already in the bank on line to deposit the money, she told me again you only have two options you leave or I call the police. I told her to call her supervisor instead, she did but the supervisor told me the same thing that I have to leave and came back Monday or he will call the police, because they close at 1 pm and it was already 1:05 pm and she has to go somewhere. They were care less about your time, and very on time to close, I will never coming back you lose another customer, they are not professional at all and very disrespectful.
Apparently right now is not the time to rent cars because availability is scarce. Just an fyi for anyone dealing with enterprise… if you make a reservation through a call center follow up with the store making sure that they really have the availability because the inventory isnt updated as quickly with the call center. That aside, Rebecca has gone above and beyond to get me in a car. 10/10 recommend this location over anyone else. Several other north Austin locations have had terrible customer service. Rebecca has been understanding and very communicative.
Absolutely the most terrible service i have ever experienced! First off the car was filthy! I was put in this rental agreement for a warranty repair at Covert Sevice by Covert Chevrolet. After 3 resevations i finally got a car! The Manager, Rebecca, lied about cost for insurance and charged me for things I did not agree to. Told the Covert representative that there was a misunderstanding and that the charges would be cleared, but charged me anyway! Tried to call and remind Rebecca of what took place, and was called a liar! I will NEVER EVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN! WORST SERVICE EVER!
My car went into the shop for a new motor and my insurance put in a reservation for a rental. I initially had to cancel because I had other plans in mind on where to pick up. When those plans fell through, I was desperate to get into a vehicle as I had military obligations in the Dallas area early the next morning. Despite it being last minute, Rebecca was able to find me a vehicle and made this process so stress-free. When my vehicle wasn't going to be ready on time, Rebecca lowered the rate for me to be covered by my insurance since they didn't have anything on-site I could switch to that was covered by my insurance. Rebecca stayed in touch with me and kept me more informed about the rental than my insurance has kept me about my personal vehicle. The customer service I received blew me away and can't speak highly enough of this woman. She went above and beyond and I'm happy to know she provides this level of customer service to my community. I'd recommend this location even if it's a little out of the way. It's well worth it.
