One of the best Budget Car Rental in Columbus. The lady is so nice and helpful. No matter what the situation is she will try her best to get you in a rental an on the road.

I had an issue the previous day at a different rental car company where I was left scrambling for a last minute rental! Today, after dealing with Budget… I’m never going back to their competitor. Budget came through for me and my children with an inexpensive one way debit card rental. I do not know the ends and outs of car rentals, but they seem to have upgraded the car to one that was cheaper. I saved so much , I purchased the protection plan. Your service is top notch. Kudos to you Budget for saving our Spring Break.

Love the people. Just really wish the website reflected the ACTUAL available vehicles. Many times, a reservation is made, and upon arrival, there is no available vehicle. Why not fix this? Seems like a fairly obvious thing to need to keep accurate.

Great car, needed it for 3 weeks instead of one and it was no problem. Everything was very smooth and it was a great experience.

Had a reservation to rent a truck never were notified that they had nothing to accommodate what we needed DEBBIE was extremely rude and unprofessional it was a waste of time and gas for nothing will not recommend budget or this location

Used their website to reserve a car and when I went to pick up the car I was told they don’t have any available. Horrible customer service as well!! Would not recommend this store to anyone. WASTE OF TIME!

I have rented cars here several times from about 2015 to present 2022 and they have always been courteous and professional. I returned a moving truck at this location and I was out in about 5 minutes. I will go here again for any car rentals.

The store was very accommodating to our last-minute need for a rental on a Sunday afternoon! and was willing to work with us to find the best way to handle having the rental paid for by a third party who wouldn't be driving it. The car was clean and in good working order. Good experience. Side note: This store is shared with the Avis at the same location and appears to use the same employees. Despite this, there seems to be a great disparity in the reviews between the two. Check reviews on both stores to get the full picture.

I would never rent from them again. I prepaid online for my order n had to downgrade to a car. I didn't get my refund for the difference till 5 business days after I return the car. They forget to tell you when you prepaid you still have to put a money/deposit on hold. Sucks!!
