Very nice staff. The only problem that I had was waiting for my vehicle. I booked the car two weeks in advance, but when I got there I had no vehicle. After waiting for an hour I had one of workers about my vehicle. She was kind & she found a car that I really wanted. When I returned the vehicle I spoke with the manager I think very nice young lady. She asked about my experience with them & I told her the only problem was the long wait. She gave me a good deal & told me to call her next time I need a rental. Thank you all for your hard work & your kindness!
Grading on the curve necessary in this tiny city market that includes only a "Hertz" office that I have never seen open this may be the only game in town! Never received poor service at this rental location. Few problems I have experienced were completely resolved by hands-on managers. Employees here are "tops"! On every rental, I have received friendly, helpful service and a better car class than expected. Appears they have a high turnover rate of collegiate employees, interns perhaps? All have been very professional and well represent the Enterprise brand.
This is/was my last rental from enterprise. I’ve been getting vehicles from this location for about ten years. Each and everytime they never have a car ready for me for my reservation time. Always some excuse. This last time I had reserved a car for 1 pm. Got there a tad early and finally got a car around 2. After at least three other renters had come in after me and left with a vehicle before me. Then the vehicle I got was by far the dirtiest, most banged up vehicle I’ve ever had. The drivers door handle was broken, the seats were filthy and the interior of all the glass was like they’d never been cleaned since the car was built!!! Both the steering wheel and the shifter were sticky, luckily enterprise supplied a moist towelette! I should have refused the car, but as I stated I’d already been there over an hour and I wanted to get my trip started. I will not return to the Jonesboro enterprise ever again
The people were great no issues handled this insurance rental well....but the car smells strongly like cigarettes and was pretty filthy inside. We were in a hurry when I picked it up and I let my wife take it, by the time she told me about the smell Enterprize was closed for the day. The next day they were only open until 12pm so we were unable to get there in time to switch out the car due to an appointment. There should be a way to get things like this done after hours.
I can't say enough good things about my rental experience. I was in and out in ten minutes. Dropping off was even easier.
Never has a car available even if reserve a week ahead of time,first come first serve should be thier moto cause reservations mean nothing at all !!
I really hate when I got to rent a car from here they never have the vehicle class u select and they always run out of vehicles they really need to buy a new center that’s way bigger because they know they are to small as big as Jonesboro is growing
Worst service I have had in quite some time this company put us in a vehicle with a cracked windshield and needing an oil chance asked us to wait 1 day of so to wait for another vehicle to swap it wout took them 10 days when I brought it to their attention they were very disrespectful and the manager hung up on me his name is Derek , then Nicole started to communicate for him they finally put us in a vehicle that didn't have a cracked windshield then waited 4 days past the rentals expiration to tell us the insurance hadn't extended it and that their was a bill mind you the only reason we had to have a rental is our car was t-boned 2 days before Christmas when we asked why we weren't called the response was the insurance typically calls but now you need to handle it .. I will never use their services ever again !!!!!!!!!
First if all they set a time than you wait hours because they overbooked and you have to wait forever because they oukdnt write out the right date my insurance told them and they like ok they was going pay for ten day only had 7 days and they waited and took the money out my bank so i wouldn't recommend them to anyone that was so uncalled for!!!!They should talk 5o my insurance people that just wanted right dates I had car you can go back 6 months and use that contract it doesn't work that way I'm very disappointed about them!!!
Derek and his team were fantastic fixing a bad situation from another enterprise location. Can’t thank them enough for having empathy and working through the situation with us
