DO NOT USE!!! Staff is less than helpful. Two weeks prior rented a car through insurance with my daughter's debit card. Today there is an issue. I am on my daughter's account. I just don't have a card in my name. I choose to do cash. Now, had the policy been the same two weeks ago I would have been fine, but it wasn't. The card was obviously good. The regional manager was less than helpful. I wouldn't recommend if they were the last place to rent a car on the planet.
The customer service was friendly and fast. Everything was explained in simple terms and the rental went smoothly. I'll gladly go back if ever I need to.
It was good with only one important detail left out when we picked up our Insurance reserved rental. They neglected to inform us of a deposit that is required and not covered by insurance.
They were friendly and worked efficiently the only complaint I have is way beyond their control and that was the tax charged on the rental it was a third of the total cost!

Want to thank Enterprise Rental for making good on a one way rental to Florida. Confusion of one-way and mileage waver almost turned out to be a nightmare when returning car at Airport. Broke down and was stuck in Memphis with 5yr old grand daughter, 10 year old daughter with leukemia and her sister in-law... If it was not for AAA & Enterprise I would not have made it home.
Both of the employees I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. The car I reserved wasn't in stock when I went to pick it up, but I was well compensated with the replacement the employee chose for me. The car was clean and free from odors; it ran and handled well, all of the accessories worked perfectly once I figured them all out. Upon my return the employee handled my return quickly and efficiently. So far no surprises charged to my credit card. I will definitely do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in West Memphis, AR again. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Rented a car for 12 hours half day for business. Returned and Enterprise accused me of a little dent on the door, when I dropped it off on their property untouched. I recently went to rent from Enterprise and I’m blackballed because they want $1,300 for that dent. Enterprise will try and screw your business and life up when something is their fault. They put me on the “do not rent” list because they dont want to admit damages on their property are their responsibility. Another example of big guy Enterprise corporation screwing the little guy in front of everyones face with no remorse.
