Great team inside and out. Scheduled an appointment for a PM for a Thursday but I called to see if I could drop it off that Wednesday before and they told me I could. I got there that day and they took care of me that day and I was in and out in 2 1/2 hours. Don't get any better than that. Thanks ladies and gents.

This shop is a joke. Completely unorganized even though we request service via email 1 week before dropping off units. As a Ryder customer, I'm use to getting bad service from 90% of all Ryder shops but this shop takes the cake, I lost 2 customers because they forgot to service my units and the parts were not ordered promptly causing extra delays

From my experience they always do their best to accommodate their customers. They go out of their way to fix any issues that might arise and if we're honest, issues will arise. But that's with any industry and with any company. It's how they correct the issues and their effort on behalf of their customers that make them my first choice for truck rentals. I use them frequently and I recommend them without hesitation.

My Husband's work truck has been up there for almost 3 months just for an ac repair and the tires are different from when he dropped it off and ain't no telling what else is missing and every time he ask about it they tell him they bringing it in it will be ready the next day then the next day they tell him the same thing this is not how business is done they don't deserve that 1 star but it was mandatory

This place gets 4 stars solely for their on-call mechanic Josh. He's gone above and beyond for me, coming out in the ice and cold last night to diagnose my truck and digging out my sub truck when no one else wanted to. I may not like Ryder much as a truck repair shop, but sometimes you find a diamond in the rough. Thank you, Josh.

Our company rents trucks from Ryder as well as them working on our trucks....they do our regular maintenance on our company trucks as in oil changes fluid checks and more...we also get roadside assistants from them....

Poor customer service‼ Michael Payne the vehicle sales manager only cares about selling the trucks... used trucks are not properly up to part... I bought a truck from them that broke down the next day before I could start my first day of work with it & Michael did not care,he didn’t answer my calls,emails or texts I had to literally sit in his office for him to get a hold of warranty to fix the matter & it’s still have been a difficult task from there... Ryder as a whole is very unprofessional... The Corporate office even lack professionalism
