Shawn, Taylor, and the gang at the Walla Walla Enterprise are amazing. I've always received excellent customer service here and it's my preferred place to get a car in town. When I lost my keys recently they went above and beyond checking multiple times for me. When I needed to change a reservation, they were flexible and chill. Love these folks!
My Enterprise rental was in Walla Walla, Wa. I was helped by a very very helpful and informative agent, named Gia. A great person, wonderful personality. My rental car was a Mini Cooper:. But larger. She taught me all about it. Ended up being a good replacement, in a time of crisis for me. I appreciated her help in getting me acquainted with the car. She is a great asset to Enterprise! I absolutely love Enterprise! They were fast, professional, and easy to work with! Walla Walla has a great team going on here.
The only thing that I can complain about is that sometimes I don't have a cars but that's only because they're so great just make your reservations in advance don't go there one day and just show up and think you're going to get
I use enterprise many times a year and they are always a pleasure to work with and rent vehicles from. Everyone on their staff has always been friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to use their services for years to come. I once even left my wallet in the side pocket of a truck I rented and returned and then immediately got rented by someone else. They went above and beyond to get it back to me as quickly as possible

I had an emergent situation to which Enterprise of Walla Walla responded professionally and expeditiously. My rental experience from online reservation to dropping off the car was seamless, simple and hassle free. The staff even warmed up the car for me before I picked it up. When I called I did not have to wait and the representative that I spoke with was LOCAL. It was not an overwhelming and irritating overabundance of too many options. The prices were competitive and consistent with the online quote. I would recommend Enterprise without hesitation. Fabulous service from beginning to end!! Thank you
I've rented cars from them for the past 4 years. Treat others as you would want to be treated is exactly how I feel each time I'm here. Outstanding customer service and the car selection as well. If they don't have what I'm looking for they always seem to go above and beyond to provide what I need. Thank you, y'all are amazing! The Enterprise franchise is lucky to have all of you. Brian that works there is the worst! Would give -two stars if I could. To start things off he called me a N*****!! Then he threatened to put me on then Do not rent list it was a horrible experience I walked & am never going back. Was completely unprofessional. I’m not to sure what was wrong with him. Was there about 4 months ago he was the nicest person there even sent someone to pick me up at a hotel! & gave me a free upgrade. Very disappointed. Oh yeah & giving out people’s cell phone number is illegal especially when they tell me you have it to then you will most definitely be hearing from my attorney! Have a nice day though!! #Bring Haley Back #whyyougotoPasco
