I went in on a very busy Thursday to pick up my vehicle. Was in and out quickly, I reserved online. The car was clean and rode smoothly! Upon return, another busy day, Adam helped me with the return and I was gone! The whole process took under 30 mins picking up and dropping off. The staff was nice and friendly and explained when I had additional questions.

This Enterprise location is one of the best I have done business with. We really appreciated how CLEAN the car was. It was nice. Every staff member was extremely friendly and took care of business fast and efficiently. I even received a phone call prior to my reservation to make certain I knew what I would need to bring to complete the reservation so that there would be no problems. Recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better car rental experience. I regularly need to rent for work and this was the perfect experience - attentive, kind service, contacting me immediately after I forgot my license, and offering me a car that I comfortably knew how to drive. Massive kudos to Adam on the exemplary experience!

I had the best experience with Philip. I was already having a bad day and frustrated with a lot that has been on my mind. Meeting Philip was the best because he made me and my husband laugh. He was kind, knowledgeable, and hilarious. He took great care of me and listen to all my needs and made me felt heard. Please keep Philip because my husband and I enjoyed his company and kindness.

Was never emailed of new date to return car. They waited 3 days after to notify me and charged me for those days. Not sure why I received the first email but not a revision email of the new date after my insurance called and extended it. They kept my deposit on top of trying to get me to pay a 300.00 deposit and more money if I didn't return the car gave no notice to return the car on the date that they so called said I should of known which how could I of know with no new email of the return date? Nor no confirmation from them or my insurance company. I was told by my insurance that they paid them 900.00 which should of covered everything but they still charged my credit card on top of it. I was also told I would get a new email from them if any charges were made on my credit card but still no email of receipt do not recommend this place still seeking a refund to my credit card

This is easily the worst rental experience I have ever had. The actual process seemed great. A smooth pick up and drop off followed by a call saying everything was great and closing out the rental. Fast forward several days, and I receive a call asking me if I damaged the car. Of course not. You know I didn’t, and I received a final bill refunding my deposit earlier in the week. Weeks later, I received a bill for nearly two thousand dollars for damage I did not cause. I have attempted to give documentation showing I did not cause damage, and further, the car was driven almost 100 miles AFTER I dropped it off. If there was such extensive damage, one would assume it would be fixed before driving any distance. I’m so upset as I’ve always considered Enterprise a better solution than “cheap” rental companies who I thought might engage in these shady business practices. However, I will retain an attorney to handle this situation. It’s just so unfortunate that I can no longer trust both this rental office and this company as a whole based on this experience.  Edited to add I tried reaching out to customer service as instructed below. No surprise they told me to continue contacting the same department that refuses to return my calls or emails. I will never do personal business with this company again.  Update: this claim was dropped. However, I already filed a complaint with the attorney general’s office. The company provided false information related to this dispute, which I find interesting. I have all the phone records to prove their version of events to be false. I’m hopeful this will continue to be investigated as I was quite relentless in my approach to ensuring they did not get away with it this time. Long story short, if they tell you to give them the keys and go, DO NOT trust them. Even if they call you that evening and say everything looks great DO NOT trust them. Get it all in writing and take loads of pictures.

We reserved a van because we needed the space. We got to the rental location and were told no vans available. Your employees offered us an off-road type Toyota but my wife could not even climb into it. Finally we were given a little 4 door car. Since we were on a time crunch we had to take it. Not a good experience all around. The employees were all polite and friendly but your process was broken.

I always use Enterprise when I need to rent a vehicle, and they have always treated me well. This time was no exception. When we turned in the car, Jonny took excellent care of us and was very personable and kind. We will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The assistant manager, Tomas Howell accused me of cussing him out bc I dropped one expletive after trying for two days to get a car. He documented it on my file and refused to rent me a car even after I sincerely apologized. I’m having to go to Springdale bc of this!

I rent a vehicle every week for work. This Enterprise is outstanding!  The men and women working here are very professional and efficient. They never hesitate to go the extra mile to make my experience the best!  I won’t rent from anyone else!
