I've been renting from Enterprise for almost 20 years and always had a pleasant rental experience with Enterprise vs the competitive rental companies. My latest rental was no exception. I booked online and am 100% satisfied with the whole rental process. The Enterprise associates I interacted with were pleasant and extremely helpful to modify my reservation and answer any questions to assure my satisfaction. I will continue to rent from Enterprise.
I loved the service. They sincerely offered pickup as well as drop off service. Smooth transaction. We wanted a minivan but they asked our requirements, offered standard SUV and helped me make decision. I will rent again for sure.
The truck I rented was newer and near the top of the line. What I didn’t appreciate though was that the truck was filthy. I had to clean the windshield inside and out because I couldn’t see through it at night; the seats were dirty and the bed had branches and caked on dirt in it when the vehicle wasn’t parked around trees.
I've renting from Enterprise in Apex, NC a few times now and they have been just great to work with! They always have my car ready and if not, they provided an alternate at the same cost. Very friendly staff and transactions are quick and easy. Thanks Again!
Enterprise was AMAZING! I had a horrible experience with Thrifty at RDU, we had everything booked and ready to go for an important trip and ended up being told we couldn't rent a car without a flight out. I was panicking to find a car to rent within our budget to pick up as early as possible because we were leaving in the morning. Enterprise was SO EASY!! The staff was kind and helpful we were in and out in 5 minutes! I was really shocked considering the hassle I went through the night before but so relieved. Highly recommend Enterprise!
Fantastic service today. We needed a larger vehicle to take some stuff to the Salvation Army. They had a mini van available for a very reasonable price. The associates were kind and professional. We’ve had terrible experiences here in the past but decided to give them another chance. We’re glad we did.
The new management and availability of vehicles was a delight this year. Nathan, the branch manager assured me that things would be much better than from my experience in 2022 at that Enterprise location in Apex, NC. He was correct, the vehicle I got was clean, comfortable, and with his dedication to his position at Enterprise,,,my experience this year was completely satisfactory. Thank you!
The most amazing staff ever! I have unfortunately had to rent for a couple months now due to my car being in the shop, but every person I've talked to on the phone and in person is so kind and helpful. Everytime I come into the location, the Manager Mike/Mark ? and another staff member, Claudia have always helped me and they have turned a really stressful and frustrating situation into a positive one. They make it so easy and fast. I will always come back to this location because of them, they go above and beyond customer service. Thank you so much!
They made my rental experience flawless. They dropped if off at Gerber in Holly Springs for me and made sure my security deposit was back right away. Any question I had, they had a great answer for it.
Reserved an intermediate car for pickup at 1 pm through my corporate account. At 1 pm the car was not available. They tried to put me in a compact at the same cost. Car was too small. They said I could wait since intermediate car was getting oil change and would be ready in 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes they had not even started on the car’s oil change. They then put me in a suburban. The vehicle had obvious damage on all sides and was dirty. I had to get back to work so I took it. My trip cost $100 in fuel when the car I reserved would have cost less than half of that. I am a member of their customer loyalty and before Covid I was platinum. Think I will rent from somewhere else from now on. I sent my rental agreement as requested by the company and then received an email that said that they had closed the complaint. Enterprise used to be my go to for car rental, now I will go elsewhere. And I do know enterprise owns other rental companies. I will avoid them also.
