Very helpful and friendly. Got my trailer and was on my way. The reservation was originally at another u-haul store, I had gone there already, came here and my reservation had been moved to this store! u-haul didn't tell me. It worked out but was a little frustrating.

The worst experience I have had with Uhaul. This man was very disrespectful and shouldn’t be in the business of dealing with people if he hates mankind. He will never receive my business again U haul on the other hand will.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Difficult to work with. Had to repeat ourselves and our needs over and over. We got our truck with barely a 1/4 tank of gas. The whole process was confusing. No one could ever give us a straight answer to questions, and they told us they had no 20 ft. trucks even though there was one sitting in the lot. We NEVER leave reviews but we have never been so astounded by customer service.

Horrible customer service from the lady in the gross cigarette smoke-filled office. Not enough of a lot to maneuver the trucks around and she, the one that works there, refuses to help or move the trucks herself. They need to get their own driveway and actually make a lot that doesn't force customers into unsafe driving situations, especially since she won't even do it herself.

Jessica that runs this establishment is AWESOME. She is always friendly and goes out of her way to make sure your happy. Uhaul has always been my go to for moving and moving supplies.

The U-Haul was fine but my daughter was charged .99 a mile and the web site clearly say .79 a mile.

We rented 3 trucks for our move to another state. 2 of the trucks were clean and new. The 3rd truck was 20 years old and dirty. The headlights did not work. We called and spoke to a manager. They gave our money back on that one. We will certainly rent from U-Haul again

On-line: Don't let them send you to a store that's 10 miles away when there's a store within 4 miles.

The gentleman that is currently running this place is a very nice, polite man.
