Niles Michigan is my favorite location. Service and staff is excellent!  I don’t think about going anywhere else

Super easy and simple experience. When we got there we were on a time crunch.  Their sense of urgency was really nice. The lobby was sort of busy I guess for the size- maybe three separate parties? And they were really on top of it.  Professional and courteous.  And the drop off was even better. You just park the car and drop the keys in a box and they take care of the rest.  I have not had many experiences renting cars- maybe about 4 - but this one was great.

"6/23/2023"I don't recommend this location and will probably never go back. I reserved on the app per usual and when I showed up to pick the car up they kept changing the pricing. Tried charging me more than double the reserved pricing and removing my company promotional code for no apparent reason other than this specific location and employee didn't like that I was using my company approved enterprise promotional code that I've been using for years. He had no real explanation on why I can't use my code other than they just won't let me use it. After about 45 minutes of frustrated negation, I still ended up paying 1/3 more than the reserved pricing and he charged me for extra coverage that's normally included with my company promotional code. I use Enterprise all over the county for rentals and never have an issue like this where a specific location and employee denies my already approved company promotional code based on personal opinion.

I rent from Niles Enterprise on occasion and was always treated with kindness and professionalism. They always pick me up and take me home on returning vehicle, and I live 11 miles away. Will always go back...

Great experience. Staff was so nice and helpful. Got me in and out in a timely manner. If I need a rental again I will def be going back to Enterprise in Niles!

We will never rent from anywhere else but Niles enterprise! Everything went so smoothly, prices very fair, didn’t nickel and dime you over gas, car clean, and when we went to pick up, mid size car wasn’t available so they gave bigger car for same price. We worked with Jarad, who was amazing! The whole staff there were incredible! I don’t understand anyone writing a bad review for this place! My husband left his phone in the rental, on a Sunday, went there Monday morning, 15 minutes before they opened, Jarad already had his phone and sent him on his way! Wonderful experience, don’t hesitate to use these folks!

We Recently rented a vehicle from here for a road trip and had absolutely no issues! Easy too book and Great customer service.

Pablo offered great service, convenient and for how busy this location Is, they do a good job. It’s hard to put on a smile or make customers enjoy your atmosphere, but it’s part of service, good job.

Service and staff were great!   Always accommodating to make arrangements to pick up and drop me off at my home.

The Niles MI location is AWESOME n helped us out when others didnt!  Now as for enterprise call In. I have issues with not understanding n rudeness.   But as far as the Niles location I highly recommend.
