Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I shall have been booked a car which should cost 50 eu but ended up paying 100 for an upgraded car, almost without my choice. The car I got was not full tanked so I went to the guy and told hem that. When I returned it i fully tanked it and he said you will get free upgrade next time. The salesman guy I thing his name is Manu was super-nice anyway

Warning to American renters: this location is a franchise who is scamming renters. Despite the enterprise website explicitly stating that an international drivers license is not needed and other rental services happy to offer a car the man at the counter will claim you need one. Despite you showing the policy online, he will try to force you to go to a website he has printed out to pay for an ‘expedited international license’. I did not do this as another agency was happy to help me. This location is scamming people into paying for this extra service. I called enterprise corporate to warn them, and they did nothing. Shame on enterprise for putting their name on this location.

Booked a car with Enterprise online for pickup at this location. Kamil was very helpful and professional and answered all my questions. The car given was a hybrid and was in good condition. No problems at all with the whole process

I’ve rented a car with Enterprise Vienna and everything was perfect. The agents Mijomir and Nicola were very nice and they explained me everything I could need: tolls, fuel, etc Highly recommended!

Don't go there !! They are stealing me 1000 EURO for a dent on the car who was already there photo + date and time on it This company is a SCAM !!!

For some reason my review is no longer visible, so i am writing it again. Enterprise Car Rental at the Vienna airport has the friendliest, most honest, and best service I have received in Vienna in the 9 years I have lived and been renting cars here. They always treat you with a smile, and are especially honest because they tell you upfront what issues you may run into. They have always given me a better car when the one i rented wasn't available. I will always recommend Enterprise, and it is now the ONLY rental company i deal with.

Worst car rental ever. Got charged a "damage handling fee" of 32.00 EUR for a scratch that I did NOT do and while I had taken full insurance policy that I paid for taking the car. At check-out they go around the car in less than a minute and have you sign a paper in the dark garage with all damages. At check-in, you're in the bright outside and the employee takes five long minutes to check the car rigourously... even though you take full insurance they'll make you pay the handling fee for damages that where not signaled at checkout. Crooks and dishonest people, plus of course they conveniently don't tell you about this fee beforehand... Never again...

At the begining, the front desk officer, young man with a nice character, signed the papers in order to give me the car. At the end a blond unfriendly lady with a poor attitude for the clients, probably the manager of the office, refused to give me the car for the reason that I didn't had a credit card and I had only a debit card, but with enough funds to cover the entire value of the car. However they did not agree to block any amount as a guarantee. I specify that few months ago I took a car from the same Enterprise Office in Vienna Airport with the same debit card. The worse thing, when I left I was asking the blond lady to confirm with rental cars that I didn't picked up the car, in order to receive the refund from Rentalcars. She said yes, but guess what? She never did. I had to contact Rentalcars to send the refund, but they refused to send the refund without the conformation of Enterprise. Poor service for such a company.

Clean and good car. Very professional and friendly service agent at the counter. I will come back to them!

The place takes forever to reach. When we finally got the car the child seat didn't fit and it took over an hour to install another one. When we returned the car I was charged extra for cleaning because it supposedly was so dirty. Nothing was on the seats and only a little dust on the outside. This was just a ploy to make more money.
