Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed a car asap and made reservations for pick up at 2pm. I was contacted shortly after and they explained that the car wouldn't be ready until 3:30. I called at 3:30 to be told they would call me when the car was ready. At around 4:30 I began repidetly calling with hope to get an answer. 4:50ish they answered and told me maybe tomorrow morning. They close at 5 and so do all the other rental car companies. $200 a night hotel reservations for that night 4hrs away wasted and missed my scheduled appointment. Absolutely horrible customer service. No concern for my situation completely caused by their incompetent staff. They did not do to anything to help get me in a car. For the past 24ish years I have spent 200 plus days a year traveling and this was the most blatant display of disrespect. This satelite office and it's employees are a joke and an embarrassment. I hope every single one of my 400 customers sees this review and knows what an epic failure Enterprise Rentals has become.

Very easy to rent the vehicle. The car was brought to me. The agent quickly processed the agreement. When I dropped the vehicle off and picked up my car Calibrated collision took care of returning the car.

Worked with Grant today. He’s professional, helpful, and took time explaining extensively to the gentlemen in front of me and myself. Went above and beyond.

I just recently rented a car from here, while my vehicle was being serviced at Caliber Collision body shop. Brian the service manager was so amiable, professional , & very responsive to my needs. I really enjoyed his warm friendship. I would strongly recommend this Enterprise office to anyone needing a rental vehicle. Really appreciate Zack and Jose at Enterprise in El Dorado Hills. I had alot of questions and both were really patient and professional. I definitely will use them again.

The car was fine the reservation process fine, the auto pickup fine. All just before closing. Once we got in the car we were not technically savvy enough to operate the radio. On our trip down we finally lucked into manual station selection so did OK. On the way back, however, we had no such luck. We finally, called the rental office and reached Nick. He could not help us but recommended finding an Enterprise rental office!. He then said try the operating manual. That probably would have solved our problem. Once we return the car we shared our frustration with Taylor Howes. She appeared to have cared less. Bottom line, the vehicle met all our needs except NO Radio. That ruined the trip.

Employee was curt to the point of being rude and completely unhelpful. Car's gas tank was completely empty which I've never seen when renting a car and she told me I had to get my own gas because they don't have gas pump on site. Car was fine but super low with a spoiler on front that has already been damaged by someone else. I asked if they had anything higher for my severely arthritic knee situation and she said "no" which was a lie as I could see plenty of other vehicles. This was my first bad experience with Enterprise so I don't think it is a global problem with the company...just one bad apple who could have changed by being just a bit nicer and more accommodating but apparently that just isn't within her. The guy who sat next to her was very nice and accommodating...I wish he would have been the one to "help" me.

Great experience today picking up a rental while my car is being repaired. Brian H. was awesome. Courteous, polite and professional and got me hooked up and on the road in no time.

Rented for 2 weeks paid an advance. Drop the car on their lot they suggested on the date. They have not noticed the car was there so they charged me a day extra. I called one too many times and promised that manager will call me back since months. No call at all.
