Worse customer service ever. Be very careful seems to profile customers. Seen it with my own eyes. Rented vehicle and wasn’t clean in the inside. The manager was very unfriendly as well as the gentleman with the Braids working the desk. Have rented from this location several times this year. And was still treated with poor service. My advice is if you don’t have customer service skills. The best thing to do is seek employment where you deal with no customers or become self employed. And not just work to get a paycheck. HIGHLY ADVISE! Do not rent from this location, there are several other locations nearby that I would recommend.
Horrible dealing with this branch. Could never get through on the phone when needed. Manager Neal is not customer friendly on several conversations. They charged my card without contacting me to discuss the final bill. Again Neal advised I would be contacted prior to the final charge. The vehicle had two tires that needed repaired, they constantly needed air. Also brakes were bad they made stopping difficult. I would not recommend this location
Excellent service! And excellent vehicle! The gentleman who gave me the keys as well as the gentleman who assisted when I brought the car back were great! Since its in a convenient location, I'll definitely use then for future rentals.
I had the best service from everyone at this location. Lucas, Deion and the entire team were polite and very accommodating. I had to extend my car rental a couple of times and they were very willing to work with me. Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while!
Don’t rent from this place. My car is horrible! They say they clean them but there are finger smudges all over the windows from someone’s child. The outside was dirty and the steering wheel squeaks when I turn it. Not at all what I expected out of a rental
Have been renting cars from enterprise for years. always happy with service. friendly ,eager to help . have been using the store in H Atascocita, tx , Very Happy with the service.
Carlton Huston saved the day for me today! I turned in my rental and forgot my laptop was still in the car. I called about 30 min later when I realized what I did and Carlton went and swept the entire car to get my laptop and hold it for me until I was able to pick it up. Customer service here is definitely on point.
I rented a minivan for about ten days and was extremely happy with the service I received. I was assisted by the manger Neal who was absolutely awesome to deal with. He made the entire process easy a painless and I will continue to do business at the Atascocita branch even though it is a bit of a drive from where I live. Sometimes it’s worth it to travel a little further for great service. Thanks Neal.
