Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my second time using enterprise after being in an accident and they are awesome. This review is about my second experience with them. I started my rental on July 3rd 2022. My insurance covered $30 per day. I chose a jeep that was a bit over that. After finding out that I would likely need it for a full month I went in and asked to swap it out for something closer to my insurance amount. The guy at the counter adjusted my rental cost so that I would only be responsible for about $4 a day. I was really happy about that. A few weeks after that I was called by someone saying that I would need to come in and put more money down on my deposit because I had exceeded the deposit amount already. Times are tough and that was going to be a problem for me. After speaking with a manager, Shaun, he was very empathetic and actually waived my deposit meaning I would get it back rather than owing more. This was unexpected and so appreciated, he helped myself and my family so much by doing that I can't even put my gratitude into words. This place goes above and beyond to make their customers happy, it's a rare quality these days. I won't be going anywhere else for car rentals. Thank you all for the great service and the overall professionalism and friendliness.

The folks at this store were all great from beginning to end. The vehicle was spotless and drove like a new car. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with this Enterprise location. Alexia, the branch manager at Enterprise Rent A Car in Huntington Beach, and her staff are truly customer service oriented, professional and great people. We rented a vehicle to travel to Central California to visit old classmates and a private family funeral. After an evening of eating, viewing old pics and playing "Do you remember?", we prepared to leave the next morning for the funeral site. We experienced car problems and called Huntington Beach Enterprise. That fantastic staff tried helping us over the phone even getting their maintenance people involved. Our problems rose to the point of a car with no transmission. Calling their roadside service, we received answers that meant we were going to be there awhile since all the help was coming from the wrong direction 50 miles away according to the first roadside person. Calling family coming from LA, they decided to bring an extra car to come pick us up. Preparing to empty the car, our old classmate stated to me, "Reboot it". Instead of dismissing the suggestion, I restarted the vehicle for the third or fourth time. Bingo, all the problems cleared up. Our first call was to cancel the tow and the non existent Uber service in this small town. This different roadside person told us THERE was an Enterprise office at our day's destination and to exchange the car there. It was too late to stop the extra car from LA, but the day activities went as planned. The response when we returned the new car to Huntington Beach was concern for us completing our plans and their apologies for the problems. Alexia then offered a good settlement and I said "Thank you and what a great professional staff you have here". My life outlook is company attitude starts at the top and trickles down. Alexia has done well there.

The branch manager was lovely. She treated me and all other guests very respectfully. Made the experience wonderful! Night and day from the Long Beach location. Thank you Brittany!

I was very pleased with the car and particularly the staff at this Huntington Beach location. I asked to be picked up and dropped off at my destination and they did so timely and the drivers were very courteous and pleasant. As Arnold would say: "I'LL BE BACK"

Excellent experience in securing a car at Enterprise while my car was being repaired from an accident. The facility was clean, the employees were friendly and made sure we had an acceptable rental, Would certainly go there again!!

1. I really appreciated the efforts of Brittany, who offered the option of an upgrade to a VW Tiguan at a reduced rate. She also made sure the vehicle was cleaned of previous animal soiling. 2. Thanks to Constantine, who approved my one day extension. But I found it weird that a large outlet like yours did not have a drop-box at your site. It was certainly an added inconvenience to drive a long distance to the Brookhurst site, when it didn't seem as large as yours. It would have been much more convenient for your customers if you had a drop box. Ended my experience with a downer. Thanks again. Dennis K Dibbern

Office staff were so polite and accommodating. Isiah was a great help that made sure I was taken care of. I have been to this location many times and will continue to use them.

We rented a car last weekend and all the the windshield wipers were broken. Mentioned it to steven when returning the car and he helped us out and made sure everything was taken care of. Appreciate how he went out of his way to make sure her were satisfied.
