Exceptional customer service at the jupiter Florida location!! The young man who got us into our beautiful truck was extremely knowledgeable,  helpful, and got us Into the perfect vehicle. We will definitely be back next time we are needing a rental.

Excellent experience with the Juniper Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Easy in, Easy out, nice and helpful staff. Answered my vehicle and insurance questions without an "upsell" approach. Returning the vehicle was less than 2 minutes. Thank you Enterprise! Well Done.

Received excellent service from Jupiter Enterprise branch manager Chris Hamblet and his team.  Everyone was friendly, quick and efficient.  The car was clean and ready at the appointed time.  And I was driven home by a professional young man named David.  Great service attitude by the entire staff!

Angela has done a fine job training her staff and they are all very attentive to the customer's needs on the front end and quick to address any issues should they arrive during or post rental.  This Jupiter, FL location is one of the reasons that I continue as a platinum member with Enterprise, renting cars 60-80 days per year for my business & personal needs.

Enterprise in Jupiter, Florida gave me excellent service, when my vehicle was being repaired nearby their location. They picked me up at the Auto Repair Shop quickly and set me up with a clean, new MiniVan I normally drive an SUV. I don’t really care for minivans, so they offered other vehicle choices or I could check in a couple of days, to see if an SUV was available. I had the minivan for 2 weeks and it was fine. The location staff were professional and friendly.

Overall, I give this location a 9/10. I've rented a car from here twice and for me there has typically been a wait. It would be nice if the rental car was ready at the time of your reservation. Last Sunday, I waited over an hour to receive my car. There were only two team members working so I understood the wait. I have to give a shout out to Kimora. She was not only handling the desk and the phone and checking guests in and out but she was also running around and assisting with cleaning the cars. She kept calm, and continously gave updates. She deserves a raise.
