I used Superior for my wedding in January 2023. They were exceptionally professional and patient, and a dream vendor to work with compared to the other ones we worked with. Marilyn was so incredibly helpful. She took the time to provide different options and pictures to help us decide what items we wanted for our big day. She endured the many changes/ updates I made to our order and did it all with grace and a smile. A week before the wedding, we were informed there would be road closures that would not only impact our guests but also our vendors. Superior was accommodating with this and did not charge extra and/ or raise a fuss about it. They set up everything, removed and stored the venue's furniture, and put everything back in place once it was over. Thank you so much, Superior and Marilyn, for making this part of the wedding planning process stress-free. It was VERY much welcomed and I will definitely use you all again the next time we have an event to put on in the area.

I can't say enough about Superior, but their name says it all. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. The day I reached out to them about my wedding, Marilyn answered the phone on the first or second ring and immediately started writing down what I needed. I was given a quote that day. That in itself is impressive because so many vendors I called were difficult. I had booked my event over a year out and in that time, Marilyn was always there. Any change I had was never an issue and was just adjusted as needed and was done right away. Marilyn is extremely friendly and welcoming and when it came time to the day of the wedding, they showed up early and delivered on every single thing they promised. For the day of pick up, it went seamlessly. I am a very organized and particular person and when I say everything was perfect, I mean it. Please do yourself a favor and choose Superior for your next event, you will not be disappointed. I've only been married for a few days and with all the things I have to do, I wanted to come leave this review. That should tell you everything you need to know. Thank you so much for everything! I was very happy with the service I got from Superior Party! It was exactly what I was hoping for. The photos shown in their website was very clear, and they do offer a lot of options. Plus they were very on time with delivery of the things you need and very easy to contact as well. Will definitely use them again.

Those at Superior Rental Company are knowledgeable, reliable and their customer service is through the roof! Marilyn’s communication with me has been fantastic.  I am a local Day of Wedding Coordinator and was very pleased at the rentals that were offered for this backyard wedding. The tent was ordered for the “rain plan” and it turned out to be so much more than a tent just for that. Even though it didn’t rain, the bride & groom still wanted to center the event around the tent because it was so beautiful. She said to me “it really feels like a true event now”. Oh my goodness! Where do I start. Everything turned out so beautiful. Marilyn worked with us from the beginning and with a postponed wedding and so many changes due to COVID, she offered so much comfort and guidance. We are so appreciative and thankful for their amazing and professional work. The night was stunning and everything was PERFECT. All of the rentals were absolutely stunning and top quality as well. They work so quick and efficiently. Also super cost friendly and they were always willing to work with me and share what would best fit our budget for the style/look we wanted. We were so happy with their services and will definitely use again!

It would be hard here to express the amount of support, customer friendly service, flexibility, patience and competent service we received from Superior Party Rental  We were by NO MEANS an easy customer, with many evolving requests INCLUDING  a completely venue location change in the middle of our planning, Andrew, Esteban and Marilyn of Superior Party Rental were incredibly responsive and flexible with our set up up until even the very day of.  Our organization was supported by some of the best first responders from the fire service law-enforcement and military - everyone on our team was so grateful to your company for the professionalism all the way through to pick up. I used Superior for work events at my boss' home on 3 different occasions. From start to finish, the team there was professional, courteous and very prompt with quotes and follow up invoicing.  Installation was done professionally and at the time promised.  I would definitely recommend them!
