We reserved a minivan in March for a September date. When we picked up the vehicle, they said they could get a minivan in time for us. So we ended up with a large SUV instead. It just blows my mind that they could not find a minivan in 6 months. However, the vehicle was clean, staff was friendly and pick up and return were easy.
I recently had a terrible experience with Enterprise Rental at their [location]. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. The staff members were not only rude, but they seemed to have a vindictive attitude towards customers. Instead of paying attention to my needs, they were too busy talking to each other, completely disregarding my presence. To make matters worse, I was shocked to discover hidden charges on my bill. I was charged more simply because I asked for a different car due to the dirty interior. It is outrageous that I had to pay extra just for wanting a clean vehicle. It felt like a complete rip-off. Furthermore, the poor vehicle maintenance at this location was evident. The interiors of the cars were disgustingly dirty, which is completely unacceptable. But it didn't stop there. I encountered faulty vehicles with safety concerns, such as bald tires and malfunctions. The key fob batteries were almost dead, and the last rental car I had was clearly misaligned, constantly pulling to the right. It was a safety hazard and a major inconvenience. Overall, this location is extremely poorly run. There seems to be a high turnover rate, which is not surprising considering the staff's lack of care for customers. This lack of care extends to the management as well. It is clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or the overall quality of their service. I would strongly advise against renting from Enterprise at this particular location. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a different rental company that values their customers and maintains their vehicles properly.
I went to this location to rent a car through my insurance due to a claim. They guy offered me different types but when find out it was through insurance his actitud change and stated they no car available at the moment until next Monday. I requested to speak with supervisor who didn't help much just to apologize for the same but again said no car available,. At the same time a white person came asking for a car rental and they were all nice and offered this person a variety of cars. Obviously this people are preferential and racists, no point yo argue,. If you're not white, don't go there.
I got a rental car from Enterprise Rent a Car of Burnsville a couple weeks ago while my vehicle was at the shop. The lady who picked me up was a nice person. She made sure I got the rental that suited my budget from the insurance company. I was completely satisfied with what I got for the two weeks rental. Will definitely recommend this location to someone. Keep up the good work Blessings Mariam-Déborah
Second vehicle that we are going through in my household in less than a week . First one was just not safe to drive in general had horrible ratings included nearly impossible to drive in the wind. And now the vehicle they replaced that with , has bad brakes and buy D3. They sounded like rocks grinding . We have a child to consider as well to keep safe when he’s driving her . Definitely considering the Better Business Bureau and consumers buyers bureau through the attorney generals office of Minnesota. This is absolutely ridiculous. My husband, who is a combat veteran should not be going through this as well . I warned him with my horrible experience of enterprise from a couple of years ago . And told him you return it. They’re gonna do something about it and make sure that they do something more to make it right . The complaints match the rest of the reviews as well. . .
Great experience picking up and returning, adds to the overall enjoyment of my vacation.

We were dropped off by our hotel and they had nothing ready for us had to take a Uber to airport
They always work with me to make sure I have a car when I need one. They have definitely gone out of their way to show fantastic customer service. They greet me by name when I walk in and make me feel like a vip. Never had any trouble renting a car, it's always a quick in and out which is appreciated.
