Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had to hire car at short notice. Very busy office when we arrived with three customers and approx 4-5 staff. Sadly we couldn't park on-site and had to park some distance away which entailed crossing a busy road. The hiring process was completed by a gentleman, he was very professional and informed and, was multi tasking, whilest completing our info on the ipad. Returning the car albeit 2 days earlier than date originally given, was quite a different experience. We did manage to park on-site, good start. Entering office there was one staff member with a customer. The telephone was ringing continuously and I wanted to answer it ! Finally, after approx 20 mins a guy appeared from the car wash area and he came into the office and was able to start the Return/Checking process. In all, we were on the premises for about 40 mins.

Hired Ford galaxy 2021 diesel for 3 days nice comfortable drive. Staff extremely helpful, when I took the car back they took me and another customer to our homes as the taxi wait would have been very long. Will use them again and recommend. Advice, take a mobile photo of fual quage and mileage before driving off.

Booked online, registered details online, turned up and with minimum wait collected van. No issues with van's performance, easy to return. After quick inspection I was on my way. Can't fault any of the experience so 5 stars from me.

Really helpful staff who have always provided me with a top notch service, with particular care for vehicle cleanliness during the various recent lockdowns. Coming out of that period, these guys have got a lot busier but are still delivering consistently great service to their customers and remain helpful and cheerful.

Ordered a car from them a month in advance and it wasn't delivered. No attempt was made to contact me to make alternative arrangements. The company I work for have now refused to order from Enterprise in all our office locations nationally

Reasonable hire, overall went OK but the car reeked of cigarettes smoke & should never have been hired out like that

Inquired about hiring a 9 seater van for 6 of us to travel to a music festival in Cornwall for 5 days.. response was super quick with an overall round figure on how much it would cost with everything included insurance, named drivers etc.. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was dead easy - staff were friendly and engaging. We were given a quick tour of the van on arrival, explaining all the functions onboard and how to work certain buttons. Good explanations of what the potential damages to the vehicle are deemed as chargeable was said. Payment was a doddle and was even offered a place to keep my own personal car with them over the days I was away. Will definitely be using this branch again on my next road trip and would recommend to anyone to do the same! Thanks guys :

Unfortunately I am very disappointed about prices . I rented a Luton van last Sunday. They told me about £109 , when I completed the ready Pass I paid £109 . After 3-4 days I saw in my bank statement they stopped £139 . I called them Friday, after 5 days and they told me about £20 an insurance or I don't know exactly but I refused it when I completed the application Ready Pass . I received the invoice yesterday after 5 days when I called them and I asked about my money. Itit
