Called on a wednesday to make a reservation to pick a car up on friday. Showed up friday morning & they told me my appointment was in tewksbury because they had no vehicles available. No one told me this when I called!. I went to the Tewksbury location and they said Chelmsford sent the appointment over as “unconfirmed - customer will call” and also had no vehicles. So unorganized.
I've rented from here a few times and always get great service from the manager, Morgan Fisher. She is always friendly and professional.

I have used Enterprise several times over the past 3 years. The staff is always prompt, responsive and professional, and they have always had the vehicle I need - my 2 Scottish terriers always travel with me wherever I go, so I need a mid-size SUV to accommodate my boys. Enterprise in both Chelmsford and Danvers have stood tall.
They gave me a rental vehicle for the duration of my vehicle being repaired. They don't hassle you. The insurance does it all, you just pick up vehicle. It was great!
Not bad very seamless working with my insurance company had a vehicle ready for me very little time in and out only complaint that I have is the vehicle was not washed was not clean inside or outside windows are very filmy everything was very dusty and dirty vehicle probably hadn't been cleaned in quite some time other than that no complaints again was very seamless and they were very great working with my insurance company having a vehicle ready for me
The experience i had with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Littleton Rd in Chelmsford was one of perfection. The entire staff was very professional and extremely helpful I cannot say enough good things about all of them. I had to have my car for 60 days and I was very happy with it. I will certainly recommend this Company to anyone needing a car. I have to say we do use them for all our family coming into town. Thank you Corey, Everett, Erik and all the rest of the staff that make our car rental easy!
Car wasn't that clean when I picked it up. The Nissan kick. Great on gas but not on power. Nice ride overall. The representative was very nice and courteous. Always nice people who work there!
Reservation was clear, pick-up was prompt and friendly, rental was quick and easy, with explanations of anything I didn't understand, and this time, much to my pleasure, the agent took the time to walk me through the basics of the car -- no fumbling around in the manual to see if I could figure out which buttons did what in an unfamiliar vehicle. The car itself was clean, well-maintained and I had no troubles with it beyond regretting that whichever brand of wiper fluid they buy isn't very good at getting dead bugs off the windscreen. All in all, very good service, and I will certainly rent from them again.
Scheduled a pick up was told someone would be to my location in 20 to 25 minutes to pick me up to bring me to get my car. 10 minutes before the person was supposed to arrive the office called me and told me they could not pick me up because I was outside their range and redirected me to a different office. The other office redirected me to a third office as I was allegedly outside their pick up range as well. The third office who said I was within their range had no cars available. I then have to get a lift to the original location in order to pick up the car. When I got to the location they gave me a Nissan rogue sport that smelled like cigarettes and had streaks all over the windshield. Later found a cigarette butt on the passenger floor. Shortly after picking up the car I realize the office had charge me $465 on my debit card even though this was an insurance rental as my car had been rear-ended by someone else. A few days later I received a call from someone at the corporate office who helped me get $365 of my money back and try to schedule me to get a replacement vehicle. 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the replacement vehicleThe office that was supposed to have the replacement vehicle called me and said they have no vehicles available and that they would call when they did. I Call Dan at 4:30 PM to check on status of replacement vehicle and was told they would have no vehicles tonight and they would contact me the following day. I am now stuck in a bad car that smells like cigarettes and has a cigarette butt on the floor.
