David literally is a rock star. Just called because my free rental charged me 120 bucks and no fuss no issues David saved the day. I swear every time I have an issue Davis fixes it. Idk what they pay you Davis but it’s not enough! If you need a car for a trip or a day make sure you talk to David he will help you get the best deals and the best service.

Terrible customer service, unreliable and rude. Reserved online, was called and told that there was no available vehicles. And I would receive a call when one came in. Never got that call. Also followed up with the below email, still no response.
Michelle and her staff were wonderful! Our truck broke down in Rock Springs, and they were able to get us a rental replacement that suited our needs at a moments notice. We were able to continue to our journey with only a slight delay, due to their willingness to assist us. Highly recommended!

When I received my receipt from enterprise, it did not show what they had told me at the rock springs office. I was only supposed to be charged for one day, no drop off charge, and a 5 percent discount because the enterprise employees that I had spoke to never contacted me about availability of a larger SUV. No one could give me a straight answer for an upgrade. I ended up having to go with another rental service. I am still having to deal with this mess up during my vacation,. I am NOT Happy that people do not stand behind their word and having to spend my vacation time with my family to deal with this mess. It would be nice to get to talk to one person and get this mess resolved.
Thank you Michelle! I recently had car trouble and was stranded in Rock Springs. Luckily the service dept at the car dealership where I took my car got me to Michelle. She made sure that I got a car at a reasonable price even though it was a holiday weekend. She understood my predicament and got me on my way in no time and did it all with a smile on her face. She even gave me an alternate route to take to get me to my destination that saved me some time I'd lost dealing with the car issue. I was totally stressed out when I got to her because of the day I'd had but her kindness and compassion calmed me down and even made me smile. I had to change the car reservation and keep it longer than anticipated and she was very helpful with that as well. Thank you Michelle for helping me out and doing your job with professionalism but also with a kind heart. You helped make what had started out as a very bad day much better and I'll never forget your kindness! Thanks, Lori
Michelle is the perfect example of someone who knows great customer service. After A friends car blew the coolant pump close to rock springs while on vacation she saved the day and help us get in a rental last minute. She saved the day!!!
Michelle at the Rock Springs Enterprise office was one of the best customer service agents that I have had the pleasure to do business with. I usually have good experiences with Enterprise, but she went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of when I had a major vehicle breakdown while travelling. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a car rental. They are the best!
Zachary, the new branch manager of the Rock Springs, WY location was very attentive and made my first rental experience a breeze. The car was clean and ran great. I will definitely take my business back to there again.
