Customer service at the Seguin location was really helpful to me when I needed them. Brittany the GM and her staff were helpful even when they were extremely busy. I can't thank them enough for making a stressful situation a little bit easier for me.
i placed a reservation online for the next day 8am. they called me right before closing and said they have to push the reservation a couple hrs because they will be very busy in the morning. okay no problem. the next day someone i know went for a rental and said they were not busy at all. i called enterprise back that afternoon and they said now that it could be a couple days instead of hours and i am second in line but they will call me when something is available which is not what they first told me. they called me the next day and immediately hung up. so i called back thinking a rental was ready and they said wrong number but im still second in line. i never heard from them again. would not recommend to anyone.
Beware. Pay attention to registration, oil change info and other items that could get you in trouble out on the road because they don't care. Issues have been brought to their attention for years, but as you read reviews you will see it's still true.
The staff is very welcoming and professional. I asked for an upgrade and I was accommodated. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
This Enterprise was actually a pleasure to go to. No hassle or waiting. Britney was extremely nice and helpful.
upon getting the rental we did the normal walk around and i noted that the front bumper undercarrage was a bit wompijaw they told me it was fine of no issue. we took the rental and imeaditly noticed ants in the large suv and that there were food crumbs that were attracting them. we dealt with it personaly. within a week of having the suv the oil change light came on and i also noticed that the suv breaks were not up to par. i called them and let them know what the issues were that we were having. mind you our insurance pays for a large suv rental. and it was several weeks more on a month + that they had no other suvs to place me and my family of 7 in. so i asked to make the nessasary arangements to get the oil change done myself being that they couldnt get anything moving on a vehical that needed maintnace upon leaving the lot. later notified that the breaks would take up to 2 days to get done so we gave in for a car only for the two days to get the breaks done. i get a call today them telling me that the undercarrage had significant damage and needed to be in the shop. and no alternate suv availible. they needed to file a claim on my insurance to get it done. i told them that we have already noticed the damage that was under the front bumper that they said was of no issue. turned out it was. every vehicale that they put us in has had some maintance issue or another. i am not satisfied with this branch at all.
The location has no parking. The customer service needs much improvement. I was not made aware of a dropbox in the event I did not need the car for the entire weekend. Talked with a customer service representative that informed me that the location needs to update their website and information. Representative stated that management would give me a call back, but have not received a call. Also the deposit taken from my card has not posted to my account. Good customer service would inform customers of any delays regarding debits and credits to card transactions. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Went in today to pick up my rental and I was told that I had no reservation when I called and spoke to the man that worked and I knew he knew cause he watched the whole situation. They lady told me that my insurance was to blame cause they are consistently cancelling cancelling their customers reservations I don’t know who is telling the truth because my insurance was the one while called them and I booked it and I go in today and I walk out without a car while my car is in the shop I’m VERY UPSET. this needs to be resolved I’ll be in contact with my insurance in the morning and I’m hoping to get some clarity
Dre is fantastic!!! He did everything to get me into a rental my first day at this location but unfortunately I couldn’t because of my insurances site being down for maintenance. However, he seriously went about and beyond with excellent customer service that I decided to go back two days later hoping I could finally secure a rental but he wasn’t there and I was greeted by the assistant manager instead who was completely rude. I believe her name is Britney she has red hair & blue eyes she was ADAMANT about a water bill, gas, or electric bill only. I have rented more than 10 vehicles and have been with enterprise even before 25 years old and have never had terrible customer service like her. I have always presented my phone bill, and car insurance bill in Las Vegas, California, and in Texas to use for rentals. They have always accepted it and I have never had any issues. When I showed her my t mobile bill she glanced at it very briefly and said I owed that much and I had to show her no I don’t owe them, it’s up to date. She then said well it needs to have your address and name on it. She didn’t even bother to search for it because it clearly had it. I felt judged all in all because I showed up in my construction work clothes, my hands were a mess and my pants were as well. She didn’t bother to give me the time of day so I went to Willie in New Braunfels where I was treated amazingly well just as Dre did. I gave 4 stars because of Dre but that assistant manager is terrible.
Customer service was great , rental was clean and ready when we arrived. The only issue was had was billing. We called to add an additional day and was charged that very same day, which wasn’t a big deal . However, we were already charged a $300 deposit that was included along with the price of renting the vehicle for 2 days . When we returned the rental, our final invoice showed the total amount that included the additional day and a balance of zero owed. But my credit card had 3 charges pending . The original charge for 2 days with the required deposit , the charge for the additional day, and then the final invoice charge . I really didn’t understand when all they had to do was refund the deposit . That’s it. They refunded the original charge which included the deposit and the 2 days and left the final invoice charge in which included the additional day and the charge for the additional day. So basically I’m being charged for 4 days instead of 3 days . Next time I’m just going to let the insurance handle it . Out of pocket cost for a 3 day rental was almost $800 until it got resolved. That’s was the same cost I payed to repair my vehicle.
