The staff there are wonderful! We came in to buy a mattress and they were able to deliver it same day within an hour! You don't get that kind of service anywhere anymore. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer with buddies for a few years now I never really had any big problems with anything that I bought from them that either broke or was having problems with they were very easy to work with they either switched it out or will replace it for me. I didn't have problems with the manager before but the new manager Alex went out of his way and actually did call me back and did respond to my calls when my sons TV broke. He was able to get me a replacement TV within the same day all I had to do was come drop off the old TV he also helped me with a payment I paid 1/2 week payments because everything that's been going on with the pandemic my husband's work hasn't been very reliable but they have been very understanding about our payments and they have been working with us and I really appreciate it. Great customer service as well as a great selection of products. Very happy overall
