I been renting vehicles from here for a while and this past weekend I rented a vehicle and Jonathan and Oscar help me out. They were very patient and hooked it up with the vehicle i was looking for and made it work, most definitely will be my go to enterprise thank you Jonathan, an Oscar for your excellent customer service!! Ask for these guys! Also Jonathan made returning the vehicle easy as well and asked how our trip was and answer a few concerns I had. Once again thank you for the your excellent customer service highly appreciated.  Definitely recommend this enterprise.

Oscar provided amazing customer service! We needed to exchange a car with a possible battery issue, and he helped us get back on the road quickly.

Rented here for a few weeks and they were in really good spirits at pick-up and on the phone considering how slammed they were that day. Makayla was really helpful over the phone closing out the rental so that I could return at another location. Thank you

In our own car rental experience at enterprise rent-a-car the one here in Lemon grove, we got the car very dirt inside and out. smell of cigarette smoke and I found a vape on it while I personally cleaning the car. four wheels with low air pressure. fuel almost empty. in my opinion it is better to give the car to the customer with a full tank fuel then give the car back to them with a full tank too rather than with an almost empty tank. And there was an oil change service due warning on it. And other warning light on I don’t know what that was. I doubt if they even bothered to sanitize the car first before they gave it to me.

Five stars all day long. Staff was amazing and accommodating even though I needed my car 5 hours earlier. They understood the need, acted accordingly & didn't skip a beat in customer service. Hats off to Mohammed & Keely --- please forgive me if I spelled that wrong but the crew at the Lemon Grove office deserves praise.

I called on Friday to be picked up from repair place on Monday. They were suppose to be the 8:30am. At 8:45am nobody showed up. Called and they did not have me in to be picked up. They sent someone out. I get there to pick up car. It is through insurance claim so I was told I had put down. I knew this because the insurance claim rep sent me email. It stated a creatin amount. I called Enterprise rep on Friday to confirm. The amount was the same the insurance rep sent in email. I get there and the amount is different. When I let them know that the amount was different. They would not honor the amount. I left and rented somewhere else. Another company that honored the original amount Enterprise would not. So sad. They lost the business. Unwilling to give great customer service cost them. They seemed not to be concerned I was without a vehicle. Even though the insurance was paying full for rental. The insurance rep even spoke with them and they would not bend. I was told the manager and assist. Manager was there and neighter could do anything to help. It's our policy. Understand policy but I also know someone can make decision based on different situations. So sad that people have gotten to be so incenitive to to giving great customer service. It is a lost value. Perhaps they should read "Give them the extra pickles."  Great read and great listen in EXCELLENT customer service.  If it was 1 dollar hold fee I would never come back here.

Staff is unorganized and communication skills are poor. Agent had me waiting over a half hour just to check in. After all this they take it upon themselves to assume I want to drive away in tiny compact little death trap I don't think I could even fit in.  Selection of cars are minimal, cars are dirty and run down. No regard for customers. I would not recommend this rental service to my worst enemy.  Thumbs down all the way around. After waiting over an hour the kid working the des ok had the audacity to say my wife's DL was fake.  Mind you this was through my insurance policy in which she is listed on policy.  Unbelievable.  Taking my business elsewhere and complaining to my insurance provider post this post.

It was a little busy when I picked up the vehicle, but staff made sure each person was greeted and informed on their place in line.  I extended the rental for a few extra days and that process was very quick, just a quick phone call and staff had my rental extension complete. Drop off was very quick. They were friendly and efficient. I would rent from them again.

From the time i call to the time i was taking back home my experience at enterprise Lemon Grove was great, they are cordial and professional, everything about was explained clearly to me and  they have all set up with no difficulties online too. Super efficient staff and the lady who drove me back and forth from my house is very nice. I rented a mini van and it was a very smooth drive no issues with anything about the car. The true is that i don't usually give 5 starts in my reviews but if i did this time will be one.
