Fast and reliable service, I am there every few weeks fixing my constantly breaking very fragile chains. Always done amazingly, fair prices and nice selection of jewelry and watches to buy as well. They even customized a piece I bought from them and offered to use the extra material to make a ring. Great place!
Thank you for great service! Got mine and my mom’s bands for watches replaced , they have many variety of bands . Very professional and quick with a positive attitude! Definitely recommend!
Do not take your watch for repair or battery replacement. I dropped off a couple of watches for new batteries, was told I would receive a call back when finished in a couple of days. Waited a week, no call, called business to ask--- after waiting on the phone for a long time, I was told some of the watches were ready, and one watch would take longer. I was in area and stopped by to pick up some of watches. Took 20 minutes to find the watches and I asked why the one watch was not ready and no answer was provided to me by the female clerk. Was told I would be called, one week, two weeks, nothing, called and they indicated they could not get the watch "backing" secured again. Finally after 6 weeks of initial drop off, I got the watch back, two weeks later the watch stopped working, went back and they said they could not do anything, I needed to mail the watch to the manufacturer. I did not even wear watch- it sat in watch case. Apparently they pounded the watch so hard the internals workings of the watch are damaged. Do not take your watch in for repair or service, unprofessional, no followup from store and they will ruin your watch.
What fantastic service. Brought an 18 karat gold chain and cross in that had unexpectedly tarnished and within an hour they had it looking new, and the price was unbelievably fair. Very friendly staff, and a full store of people to help you.

Well I will say I was looking for a local go to place for my watches. When looking for someone to replace a watch band , battery , or just repair in general stumbling on Entonces Jewelry was a stroke of luck . I had a great guy in the old Sears at the Aventura Mall he was perfect with some great fun inventory . My experience with Entonces was nothing short of excellent. Service was great They found a band for a watch reasonably priced since the watch was not expensive and it was almost impossible to find an original band or a band to fit . That took a lil time . Everything else was same day service as promised . I highly recommend this Aventura shop . It also strikes me as a small family owned business . PS if you are interested in wall clocks they have a nice selection. I hope they stay in business. There is nothing better than seeing people with a nice local business servicing the community .
Asked them to check my watch to See if I need repairs, Picking up the watch, they just Charged me 13.00 for a battery. Surprise their still in business. Also the person an attutude.
They fixed my watch and replaced batteries. Really affordable prices and awesome customer service. Would definitely go back if in town.
Amazing jewelry place with amazing service. I needed my Citizen watch repaired and it was done perfectly, super fast next day and at the perfect cost. They earned a new faithful customer!
