Drop an earring to be fixed and came-back incomplete and now they want to charge me for the piece that is missing if they have it. It takes forever for them to communicate with you. Starting now, they will charge every time that you have to send something to repair, so be ready. Also, I don't know what type of metal they are using on this jewelry, it turns dark. Think about before to spend the money on this stores..
I am a frequent customer, I came to Aventura Mall in Miami and an unkind person told me that I had to make a purchase to receive a birthday gift that nothing was free. I don't understand why they say that on your birthday they give you something if they still want to force you to buy. the staff gives bad service, if I asked for the gift it is because I saw that I could receive one I never wanted to take advantage of the brand.
Rude and unprofessional staff. Doesn't speak English. I just wanted advice on what to do about a purchase defect. The seller did not even try to listen to me and began to break my thing. I took it and asked what should I do now with the purchase? From her Spanish English, I understood that I need to return the thing to the one who sold it. And then she just left and started talking to other customers.
I am very upset with TOUS, the last time I bought several products I returned one and they never gave me the money back. Last week I bought two items again and today the first one arrived completely wrong. I bought a rose gold ring and arrived the black one. It is very nice but it is not what I had asked for. They didn't send me the box either and I wanted it for a gift.
Aside from the brand which I love, I’ve been shopping at this particular store for many years. I don’t live close but I take the time to drive here because of the great service. I have received the best customer service. Madelene has being helping me in the past few years and the assistance has come a long way into getting the perfect gifts for my wife and family.
Had such an amazing time at the store. The managers and staff was very well educated on their items. I brought a few gifts for my gf and left very pleased with my experience. The staff looked cleaned and smelled great. Truly had an awesome time and it was hassle free. Will definitely return.
Cute jewelry and accessories; really like the "Tous" perfume. Friendly, helpful staff. Bought a nice ladies wallet. A little on the pricey side, but unique and interesting stuff.

I saw that preview reviews stating that they need to work on customer service skills and I agree. While one of the employees was taking care of me the other one was talking to her distracting her with remarks about the new items and ignoring the fact that she was taking care of a customer. The worst part was how dirty this young lady looked: dirty white short and dirty white shoes! The company should take note of the importance of a polish look and impeccable customer service. I've know now this company for a long time and I wish this issues can be resolved.
This place was so great. I enjoyed my visit Very much. The staff was awesome and specially Maderline was so knowledgeable and nice while she helped us shop. I loved my jewelry. Would highly recommend you come here and experience what I went through. Felt heard and not rushed.
