The Entrepreneurs Forum of Southern New Jersey, Inc. (EFSNJ), a not-for-profit organization headquartered in southern New Jersey, is dedicated to fostering
The need for EFSNJ has been generated from several different sectors of the South Jersey community. Start-up businesses and emerging growth companies located in the region, many of which are technology based, frequently complain about the lack of any coordinated, low cost support structure to assist them with addressing the myriad issues any new business faces. EFSNJ is attempting to fill that void.
The South Jersey area is home to three new technology centers, housing numerous start-up ventures. Growing entrepreneurial programs at local universities are creating an additional need for mentoring programs, internship opportunities and field experiences to expand the type of innovative entrepreneurial talent needed to fuel the growth of technology and businesses in the region.
EFSNJ seeks to coordinate existing resources, through the development of linkages, working relationships and strategic partnerships, augmenting them where necessary. It also seeks to develop an efficient, user-friendly infrastructure of support resources and programs aimed at entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies.
To foster entrepreneurial innovation and business growth in the South Jersey region, and to generate increased jobs and revenues by assisting people and enterprises with ideas, skills, money and expertise.
