I was asked to come in at a certain time and did, but then when I got there I had to wait for 20 minutes. My time is just as valuable as theirs. They cut my nails very short for the manicure. I didn't ask for my nails to be cut at all. That's rude. All I got was nails painted and dried no manicure for $35. They were done in 20 minutes. No tip was given and I won't be going back.

Sadly Tyler has the talent to do a good job but clearly doesn’t care anymore. I over tip every time even when my nails look awful which is every time lately. I’m never going back. This place is going downhill quickly. Horrible customer service period.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

This is my go to nail salon. I recommend it to everyone I know. I’ve never had a bad experience. I go to Tyler but I’ve been to almost everyone there and they’re all great.

I had a dip manicure with nail extensions twice at this location, i am very satisfied!!  I will become a regular customer!!Services:&nbsp;Nail extensions

I waited a half hour after my appointment time, they put me in a chair, waited again till the water pretty much got room temp. The person doing my nails was on the phone 75% of the time and not shouldering it with a call so that she could still be at least working, but texting- so she would completely stop what she was doing. She rushed through the Mani and Pedi, but at least they didn't look terrible.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICS!!!! Envy Nail Spa renovated their facility and it looks awesome!! I got a regular manicure for $20 and the person who did it for me was very nice and did her work diligently.

Took my Neice for her first pedi. Fun time and she now wants to go every week!

Such a wonderful experience. Katie is fantastic and made me feel relaxed/welcomed! She is also sweet and it was a pleasure talking with her. The cleanliness of this salon was superb! It was so clean!! Best pedicure I have had in a long time. I got dip nails, they have a lot of colors to choose from! I will be back soon! : I highly recommend checking this salon out!

I got a gel pedicure for $50, the nail polish was super blotchy which she didn't want to fix or even out with a thin brush when asked. Blamed it on my nailbeds being uneven- which even if that was the case, couldn't it be smoothed out with buffing?
