Hydraulic Circuit training is a great way to reach your goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, maintain weight or tone.
Hydraulic resistance training is designed to meet the needs of every user at any
fitness level. Hydraulic resistance is superior to all other types of resistance training with the interval circuit format. Interval training involves high-intensity exercise alternating with recovery. A complete circuit should progressively overload all major muscles of the body, burn calories at a high rate, increase the heart rate to the target zone for a minimum of 20 minutes, and be adaptable for various levels of fitness.
Circuit interval training is performed with timed intervals at each station. The participant follows the format and moves around the workout area, moving to each station as directed by an instructor or an automated cue.
Circuits are stimulating and motivating. With the addition of music and an instructor, participants are encouraged to work longer at a suitable level of intensity than they normally would individually. For those unable to participate in a class, the circuit can be used individually. Resistance training is necessary to increase lean body mass endurance training is necessary to increase aerobic function. Complete focus on aerobic training or body building does not provide a complete training effect. The circuit program increases both cardiovascular and strength conditioning while semultaneously increasing lean body weight and reducing fat.
