My friends son had his birthday party at Epic Air. I will say my first experience at a trampoline park for a party. It was a good experience overall. The staff was really friendly as we came. All the kids scarfed down the French fries, chicken strips, and I was very surprised how pizza tasted. It was pretty good for a non pizza place. The different trampoline types they had ensured that the kids all were entertained. They really liked the dodge ball and how the person talking the game through did.
Epic air is clean and spacious. I was impressed upon arrival and asked for birthday party information. However, our hour long experience quickly changed my mind. We attended the Toddler Time with two small toddlers. Within the hour, between my husband and I, we were told 7 different times to follow some petty rule such as keeping a dodgeball in an empty dodgeball court instead of just allowing my one year old to carry it to the ball court next door during a lightly populated time. The last straw was at the end. Toddler Time ends at 11:00 and an announcement saying so was made. I was standing next to another adult near the jungle gym talking while our husbands gathered the kids. Within 30 seconds an employee approached us to tell us we had to leave as soon as possible because her manager was upset we were just standing there. It was ridiculous and rude. I know they were getting ready to open to all age groups but we didn’t stand around for 5 minutes ignoring the request that had just been made. In fact we were sock and shoe changed and in the car by 11:10 which proves the manager was upset within mere seconds. I will pay money to find a more appropriate trampoline park that actually accommodates toddlers. It was just too much.
We had my daughters 7th birthday party here and I must say we had an AMAZING experience! I was very satisfied with everything! Our host was absolutely phenomenal! She was on top of everything and communicated with me very well about literally everything! I couldn’t brag more about the great experience we had! All of the kids had so much fun! Super clean trampoline park as well! If I could give more than five stars, I would! It might be a little expensive but it was very well worth it! We had ZERO complaints about our party!
We had our end of the year Girl Scout Troop celebration here and everything was great! The communication throughout the process; booking, final details, day of, and the follow up, was awesome. Our party host, Amanda, was very helpful and accommodating. The girls had a blast and as parents, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the trampoline park and supervision from the staff since we couldn't be everywhere at once. Overall cost was appropriate for type of event as well. I would highly recommend Epic Air for any party needs!
Was here for a birthday party. Really friendly and hard working staff and activities for the kids are excellent! Took one star away for way too long of a wait to check in for a birthday party. Had to wait more than 10 minutes before my kid could go play, which is an eternity for a six year old staring at a three story climbing structure.
Our new favorite place!!! Especially on Sunday mornings 9-11, during the toddler jump time. It’s the perfect place for the little human to safely play and explore! We had so much fun playing and jumping with our 16 month and 2.5 year old! We will certainly be back!
Epic air had a great variety of attractions and for all ages. The facility seemed cleaned and had enough seating for parents at least that day…not sure if they would on other days. I’m rating 3 stars since even though they had height limits for the different activities, the workers did not enforce them. It’s unfortunate parents do not instruct their children to follow the rules and I’m sure the young workers get tired of having to constantly monitor. Also, as a parent I had to pay full price of jumping for 2 hours. I didn’t really jump. I wanted to band to more so watch my child. Other trampoline parks at least offer 50% off or some other reduced price. The total for myself and my daughter when purchased online was $49 for 2 hours. There was $1 convenience fee online. I did that to avoid a wait and to skip ahead for a quick check-in. There was no quick check-in though so save the dollar since you’ll have to wait regardless. Lastly, I had grip socks for myself and my daughter. When I checked in, they said I needed their grip socks. There was no difference other than the fact my socks were purchased at another trampoline park. So, then I had to pay $8 for 2 pairs of their socks.
Fun place with trampolines, foam pit, party area, video games and inflatable jump area.
We had our son's 10th birthday party here and it was AWESOME! Easy to book, the park is fun and the staff went above and beyond the entire time to make sure his day was special. I see many more epic air birthday parties in our future!
We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here. The kids had a blast and the staff was very friendly.
